ibis budget Bayeux

Not bad if you don't mind spending the night in a soulless pod. Staff's polite and friendly but they do make Days Inn US feel like Mayberry.

Small but adequate and quiet rooms, also kept quite clean. Nothing interesting in the immediate vacinity but priced quite reasonably. We did not pay for the breakfast though I did cashed a few coffees from their machine after being given permission to so so, which helped my impression immeasurably. I would stay here again, but might prefer to hunt for something closer to the center of town.

Area was safe and clean.Rooms clean and large.Hotel is new.Hotel easy to find.Rooms cleaned daily.

The hotel staff were excellent and friendly and the price was great. It was a little bit of a drive to see the main city center but it’s no problem if you have transportation. Would stay here again.

Conveniently situated for att the D-day sites and others. The room, albeit on the smaller size was ample for me and my 2 daughters ages 12 and 15. Room cleaned and tidied every day. We opted for the breakfast at just under 10 euro for me and my 15 year old and half price for the 13 year old. In my opinion slightly overpriced for a continental. Would definitely consider an Ibis Budget again.

Clean hotel with a restaurant next-door. Friendly staff. The rooms are small. Quiet location in the country, outside the city.

3rd visit from the UK (2018/23/25) Great location for Bayeux, Caen and to visit the Normandy beaches, simple continental breakfast for the day ahead!! Would recommend this hotel Hopefully return in the near future

Friendly staff, easy to get to with lots of parking. Clean and comfortable room. Perfect to arrive at late in the evening if you have no plans. If you’re hoping to arrive earlier and explore Bayeux, it is a little out of the way. Would return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ibis Budget Bayeux. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English for those who like me have a limited knowledge of French. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature was perfect. Breakfast was a typical self serve continental breakfast, with plenty of choice available. The only disappointment was that the wasn’t a kettle in the room to make a drink, although there was a machine in the foyer for hot drinks; great if you are a coffee drinker but not so good if you like tea! Perfect location for getting into Bayeux by car, it’s about a 7 minute drive to the centre and is easily found on leaving the main road. We would definitely stay again if we return to Bayeux.

It’s comfortable for a group of 3 people. Main concern was distance to Bayeux. Otherwise, it’s a nice hotel

Rooms were clean and fairly comfortable, Towels are getting pretty thin. Although they had coffee machines in the Lobby we were told they were only for breakfast and not to use when we came back in the late afternoon/evening.

There aren't as many dining or transportation options within walking distance but wonderful place if you got a car.

The room was very small, the shower was too small. I am 6’1”, 250lbs. The shower sprayed water directly into my face. We booked for 3 nights but checked out after the first night.
