Nice that they offer breakfast included on Expedia. The area around the hotel isn’t posh but we didn’t observe any criminality. Excellent security inside the hotel and parking was secure and affordable at 2€ per day. Oddly, the thermostat in our room was connected backwards - we had to put it to ‘heat’ to get a/c and had to turn it warmer to make it colder.

Typical Ibis Budget except for the location. This one is located in a very good location less than one kilometer to the beach and even closer to the center of the ville. Very walkable.

Nice hotel definitely worth the money. The bare-bones room was efficient if not homey. Our dogs were made welcome too. The food truck offering dinner is a nice touch. The hotel sits on a narrow street between two drawbridges and the port. Not much street appeal but the off street parking is a plus. And the canal is only a block away with harbor views.

Probably one of the worst Ibos Budget hotels I’ve stayed in. Tiny room, barely enough space to get round the bed. Really takes ‘no frills’ to the extreme. The positives: if you stay here you probably want access to the ferry - which is practically next door. Parking behind the hotel. The town centre is a bit further but walkable. There is a carrefour supermarket nearby to stock up on whatever you need. Negatives: where to start. Tiny room as mentioned, pitiful breakfast, codes to remember for room, lift, and staircase -all different. No lunch/dinner onsite at the weekend - the food shed outside looks pretty basic.

First room has a strong urine smell. The staff put us in a clean one, but didn’t seem shocked about what we had first encountered. Cheap hotel and you immediately see why. Well located in downtown Sète.
