Stayed in a family room on the Ibis side an room was very cramped, hardly any floor space, wouldn't recommend for 2 adults & a teen, personally didn't find staff to be that helpful.

The location was perfect. Right beside the train station and close to the shopping area. The hotel was super clean, friendly staff and peaceful environment. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean, parking was reasonable price and secure, no safe in room, however the staff and manager are rude , ordered a drink at the bar and the manager who was serving walked away and came back 10 mins later to pour the drink, staff all looked miserable on the front desk, I would only recommend this hotel for the transport to euro disney (€7 per person return and only 1 stop on train ) and for the large shopping centre … maybe look for another hotel in the same area

Room was extremely noisy: we could not really hear much notice from outside, but we could hear all sounds from the other rooms (e.g. showers running, guests speaking, etc.). Bathrooms are functional, but quite ugly. Bed was quite uncomfortable. Room was clean.

We spent the first two hours of our stay wondering if we needed emergency accomodation as our toilet didn't work and the sink would barely drain. Repair staff started immediately but communication was very poor. As the hotel was full we could not be moved to another room and were left in limbo. Additionally, the air conditioning was locked to "central" control, presumably to save energy and money. Unfortunately this meant we weren't able to activate its fan for airflow and opened a window instead, which then caused the aircon to kick in to prevent the temperature from dropping.

Nothing at all wrong with this accommodation. The room was basic but we only needed somewhere to sleep and shower so wasn’t a problem. The bathroom was small but not an issue. Comfy bed, slept well and room cleaned daily.

If you’re coming for Disneyland Paris, this is the perfect place to stay. It’s conveniently located right next to the train station so you don’t have to walk far especially at night. There is a huge shopping mall just a few blocks away as as well as many restaurants. The hotel itself is nice, the staff doesn’t speak a ton of English, but they make it work. The rooms are nice, small but everything you need, the only thing I would’ve wanted to see is a safe in the room. I left a valuables out reluctantly, but nothing happened. Overall, I would recommend and stay again.
