Such a fabulous location! I was able to check in and leave my rental car just outside the entrance long enough to unload my luggage to my room; then, I returned my rental car to Terminal 1 minutes away; I was able to swiftly and effortlessly shuttle back to the hotel, again in mere minutes! I trained to Paris… effortlessly… as the train terminal is about fifty steps away! The next day, I rolled my luggage to Terminal 3… took me about three minutes! It’s like an airport-train-hotel village of complete accessibility. What a gem! The staff are happy… always smiling… incredibly engaging and helpful… the breakfast was perfect and plentiful! Everything about the amenities and room and overall facility was exceptional… comfy beds and pillows… perfect shower… spacious room… clean and well-appointed… and, as a solo traveller I felt super safe all around! The perfect closing experience to a month long adventure across France!

En dehors du checkin qui est vraiment un énorme problème de cet hôtel, pour le reste, tout est parfait! A deux pas du T3, et facile a rejoindre les T1 et T2 par le CDGVal Le bar est tres sympa pour souffler un peu, le restaurant Italien est très bon. Le parking sous terrain est un peu difficile à trouver quand on vient par la route. Bref: À part les 20 ou 30 minutes d'attente dans une file interminable pour le checkin... Tout est parfait.

Staff extremely helpful with directions to train and shuttle. Location was excellent to proximity to train station. Comfortable, functional stay. We will definitely book-in with IBIS Paris CDG Airport again.

No frills overnight at the airport. The bed is comfortable. Everything is clean. Breakfast is a good deal and starts at 5:00. Nearby tram to terminals One and Two. Easy walk to Three.

Hotel was very convenient for the airport. Check in was slow as staff were distracted by the number of flight cancellation bookings that they hadn't received information on, so weren't as pleasant as normal check-in staff. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Dinner at the pizza/Italian restaurant was good.

The best features of this property are that it is clean, quiet and well maintained. The staff are courteous but not as friendly or helpful as hotel staff in many other places such as Greece or Japan. Shopping nearby is very limited and I was unable to find distilled or deionized water for the ventilator I use at night (a sophisticated derivation of a CPAP.)
