ibis Paris Saint-Denis Stade Sud

My room was life and clean with a bathroom that resembles an airplane. Staff was great and welcoming. My luggage was kept at property after checkout as I had to leave and visit Paris. Came back and everything was fine

Good location, about 5 mins walk to the stade de France with a few restaurants around. Not much in term of cafes or shopping.

The room was super quiet even if we were close to the lift.

Dear Expedia Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with our recent hotel stay, which was booked through the Expedia website. Unfortunately, throughout the entire duration of our stay, the hotel did not have hot water. Despite the essential nature of this facility, the issue was not resolved, and we were forced to take showers with very cold water. As a direct consequence of these conditions, all members of our group became ill with cold-related symptoms. The absence of hot water, which is one of the most basic amenities expected from any hotel, significantly affected the quality of our stay and means that the services paid for were not properly delivered. Given the circumstances, we respectfully request a full refund of the hotel charges. We believe this request is reasonable considering the inconvenience, discomfort, and health issues caused by this situation. Small room, air conditioning doesn’t work so have to open window, then become noisy. Nice can check in early.

The beddings are fine. It’s quiet at night so sleeping okay. The hotel is a little older so there are stains on the carpet. It would be nice if they also provided hand towels in addition to the bath towels. It’s location is also okay and walkable to the train station.

It was a standard Ibis. Neighborhood is ok, not great. But we had no problems.

Acceptable cheap option for overnight near airport. There is a train station near but it is at least 10 minute walk with your luggage. At night, the clientele on this train is “interesting”, as is the surrounding area; be ready for jam packed trains standing with your bags. Still not worth hiring a cab, but be ready to walk a bit. There are two hotels next to each other, and the other one is much lower quality. When you enter the pedestrian gate next to restaurant, look for the first entrance to left (not too clear which hotel it is). Barebones shower provisions for towels and soap. Did not purchase breakfast. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, and booked us a taxi to the airport.

Not kettle in room. Breakfast poor, coffee machine not working, not enough plates so had to use napkins. Not enough cups so had to use paper cups. Would not pay for breakfast again.

The area was a little questionable. It was super close to the stadium, and a convenient walk to the surrounding bars and MdD's. Staff was very friendly. Thank you.

Room had water dripping from ceiling. Trim was missing form shower and the shower head support was broken so didn't hold shower properly. Coffee was excellent but pastries dry.

The additional bed in my room was like a cot It was small and very squeaky and uncomfortable

We stayed here as we were going to the rugby at the stadium - it is so convenient for the stadium and also the train station is only around the corner. It is only 2 stops from the centre of Paris. :)

There was a smell at the reception, the room very small and the pillow not good the bed not comfortable and the bathroom door wasn’t closing

The Hotel itself is ok but it’s the 2 members of Staff who were amazingly helpful and friendly Fella and Michael. Fella speaks very good English and was able to give us recommendations specific to us and our trip and they both made us look forward to returning to the Hotel. Can’t explain say how lovely and helpful they were. Thank you

2 night business stay.

We were there for the champions league final. The hotel is very close to the stadium, east few minutes walk. Thankfully we were close enough so did not get embroiled in the catastrophic scenes that so many other people did. The area itself is poor and many fans ran into problems with local youths, mainly Algerian nationals where they suffered muggings, beatings and even slashed with knives. Personally as a uk national inwould never visit this place again! This is a real shame as the hotel was absolutely no issue and fine overall. Just a shame it’s in Saint Denis!
