Hotel did not have my second booking. Rooms were old and unclean. Location is bad

Facilities were simple but good, surrounding area was poor but very happy with hotel for what we paid

We have used Ibis Soisson several times this time on way to Black Forest it's convenient with secure parking and local services with reliable Ibis standards. This time service had slipped a bit Wi-Fi worked but a struggle, no hot water in evg next morning was ok plus irritatingly no plug in wash basin. A recurring hotel issue and we plan to buy a set of mixed plugs online for future trips. Redeemed by clean & comfortable room good covide standards plus enjoyed the breakfast and would use again

We have use this Ibis Soissons several times for overnight stays between holiday destinations in Germany and Spain. We like the secure parking and convenient location on edge of town with convenient local shops. The rooms are to good Ibis standards as is the breakfast plus point is a friendly and helpful reception who remembered us from previous visits. We are rebooked on return leg

Typical Ibis Hotel. Out of town very few places to eat ended up at hotel next door and it was basic but nice.

Very good Hotel is in middle of retail park so a little bit out of town But there are a couple of restaurants nearby that were ok

Nice clean rooms. Three drinks came to €35! Lady in reception wasn’t very welcoming

Good hotel with great breakfast, rooms and staff. Location is good for retail park and transport but immediate area is a bit run down. 20 min walk to old town

We really enjoyed our overnight stay at Ibis Soissons on journey from Spain to Calais as the room was very well presented and comfortable plus good free secure parking and decent free wifi all contributed to a good experience. The hotel is located on a business/retail park with some good shopping opportunities we utilised, The breakfast was good and we rate reasonably priced and liked to offer of takeawat coffee and fruit offering although we didn't take it up. We use the advance booking option with Ibis at discount rates and will be rebooking overnight stays on trip to Black Forest and return in August

Stayed at the Ibis overnight while travelling and found it to be extremely clean and comfortable.Would benefit from coffee making facilities in the room. Good value for money. Wifi was free and quick. Staff very helpful.

A good hotel,with excellent very helpful staff,the arrival and reception was good as was the departure experience, nothing was too much trouble when a question was asked of the hotel staff.

Hotel clean and tidy within walking distance of a number of reasonable restaurants. Ideal for a stopover.

Stayed 2 nights for a business trip. Friendly welcome and a well designed reception/lounge area. Rooms average, and nothing special for a 3-star hotel, but what makes this hotel stand out is the staff - they were extremely helpful. I had forgotten my iPad charger and although they didn't have the right lead, they did have a good look through all the chargers they had for me to see if any of them would work. They tried booking a taxi to the train station for me on my day of departure (as the taxi company had said the night before, it would be fine to place the booking in the morning). When they couldn't get through to the local taxi firm, they took the instant decision for one of their staff to drive me personally to the station so I wouldn't have to worry about missing my train. A truly excellent and personal service that would be hard to beat elsewhere!

The hotel itself was perfectly adequate, a very modern construction so everything was fresh and new. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The main problem is the location at the very end of a large retail complex well away from the town centre and surrounded by very busy roads. OK if you are just passing through, but not really convenient if visiting the town,

This is the 4th IBis hotel we stayed in this trip (Gent, Liege, Reims) Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. We were greeted with a very warm welcome with a receptionist who couldn't do enough for us. Would definitely stay again and do plan to the next time we are travelling through. :-) The hotel was exceptionally clean and the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept on. Hotel is nearly new with its own secure car park. Free parking!

Hotel and rooms were good. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were helpful. Bar was limited - no brandy!
