Room was clean and quiet, staff was courteous and helpful.

The staff were very helpful, especially the young man working the evening shift. The included breakfast buffet was generous and had many options. The beds were comfy.

Very upscale Château. Everything was impeccable.

Good, clean, modern hotel - perfect for our layover for one night. We arrived late (10.30pm) so had to use the buzzer and door code to get in. This was fine, but there were absolutely no lights on in reception - not even an automatic one. Had to key phone torch to find envelope left for us on reception. Stay was fine. Left the next day (9am) and there was still no-one around - didn't see any staff the whole stay. This wasn't a problem, but a bit unusual. Room was basic but functional. Two guests booked but only one set of towels. Otherwise fine.

Easy to find, good parking, staff very helpful best Ibis hotel I have stayed in. Obviously a budget hotel, but great value for miney and Gien was a delightful surprise.

Very nice place, close by car (few miles) to Gien , which is a nice city with an incredible bridge! Nice breakfast. Hotel located in a mall!

One of the hostesses was especially helpful. When she saw we would not easily be able to carry our bags to the second floor( no elevator), she changed our room to the first floor. Too bad there's no restaurant at the hotel. We ended up buying food at the nearby grocery store. Also the hotel was a little hard to find without gps, especially at night.

Très satisfait de mon séjour. Seule la salle de bain mériterait d'être rafraichie.

Hôtel vieillot, besoin d'un net rafraîchissement. Impossible de régler la clim il faisait un froid de canard. Petit déjeuner satisfaisant.

Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas a minima une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre et une bouilloire avec un peu de café et/ou de thé ! Pour un Ibis Styles…. Pour le reste, rien à dire.
