We had an amazing time staying at this property. Everything exceeded our expectations starting with the beautiful spacious room on the top floor with amazing views of the city and finishing with the professionalism and dedication of everyone who works here. The room was large, beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom with rainfall shower, very clean, eco-friendly toiletries. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety of locally sourced items, hot and cold, excellent service, helpful with all kinds of suggestions for places to see and things to do in Colmar. Located within walking distance to Christmas Market, shops , restaurants, wine tasting shops. We felt right at home, a tru hospitality especially for the holiday season. Thank you all at James Boutique Hotel for making our stay memorable.

Clean room and hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast spread and bar, although the hotel was quiet, likely as we stayed just before the Christmas markets were due to open. Helpful to have the car pull up spot just outside the front of the hotel to allow bags drop off for check in.

New/modern hotel in an otherwise more traditional town. Staff were friendly and check-in was speedy. Didn't try their breakfast so can't comment. Rooms were clean. It's in a quieter part of Colmar but not within walking distance to the main touristy area.

Good location. Poor management. Refrigerator never worked, dimly lit room, needed 2 duvets for a queen bed(apparently they don't have the right size), room not serviced one day (to their surprise); thermostat not programmed for below 73 degrees, etc.

I cannot fault the James Boutique hotel - walkable distance to city centre, staff so helpful offering recommendations for places to visit. The room/ toilet were spotless and well laid out. Finally the best breakfast I’ve had with all local produce. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a family tip. It’s conveniently located close to the center, but far enough to be really quiet at night. The rooms were clean and updated and the front desk staff was friendly. Parking is located at the supermarket parking lot, which is accessible to anyone. I didn’t have any issues with that, but this might be an issue for some people.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at James Boutique and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel by experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail.
The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities exceeded expectations.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed.
The location is also perfect. close to Centre city, yet quiet and peaceful at night.
I would highly recommend James Boutique to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious, and worry-free stay. I can’t wait to return!

Lovely small hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Colmar. I had a lovely room and as I have mobility issues, the hotel provided an excellent shower chair for my use during my stay. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. My daughter and grand-daughter were staying nearby and we all enjoyed drinks in the hotel bar on a number of occasions. The breakfast offering was excellent - something for everyone.
I can only describe my stay as perfect.
