So my wife and I came for one night for the Olympic opening ceremony 2024. All hotels had inflated their prices so I since it was one night I wasn't too concerned with the hotel. Just a safe place to sleep and be comfortable. We'd only sleep there and be gone. I had read other reviews, small room was expected. But it was clean, clean small bathroom. Air conditioner worked great. Window could be opened for air as well. One concern for people is the hot water is way beyond hot. The faucet mixes the hot and cold, but if you were to hit the handle to hot by mistake you could scald yourself. Woman was very nice and helpful, we had breakfast which was a typical la petit dejeuner, simple. The access to the rooms is through an external locked door on the street The key to our room 102 was well worn and somewhat difficult to use. We had a comfortable quiet night sleep, bed was comfortable. Pillows long narrow a bit firm but did worked well for us. Stairs to rooms is very well worn wood. Location is right at the last stop of the subway 7 line about 1 K walk I'd say. You walk right by and under the garage line as well very close to hotel. There were lots of places to eat within 1/2 K in either direction. TV had only a few stations that came in clear many channels had blurred pictures. Not a place to impress or enjoy the hotel just a place to sleep. I believe this is a small family run hotel.

The women who work there were absolutely wonderful and kind. They even told me to contact them if I had any hiccups with the train. For anyone who books here there are limited hours for check in but there is a number you can call and they will arrive quickly. Make sure you have you cell data sorted out so you can call them. (You can get WhatsApp to reach them as well). When booking, if you are a light sleeper request a room off the street. It’s an urban area with street traffic and people coming and going in the neighborhood. There is no AC in the rooms so don’t recommend a summer stay. They will give you a good fan, but to be effective you need to leave the window open for the fresh air. No hair dryer in the room…they keep them at the desk to avoid theft. Just ask. For a budget motel this place works fine. Bed is comfy, hot water for showers, very clean and maintained. Very close to the “C” line and busses.

Good price and fair location. Expect for the small toilet, this apartment is not bad

Room was not available when I arrived. Instead they put me in another hotel nearby.

Thought it was odd we had to check in on the phone and text a number if we wanted breakfast. The room was clean, but very small so you are extremely limited on where you can put your bags being there was about a foot of space from the bed to the walls all around. We uad no idea how to connect to the Wifi. The hotel is also right by a few bars, so during the weekend expect to be up all night with all of the screaming and noise from the bars and people fighting. It is also very hard to find parking. Amenities said we had A/C available, we had a heater. It also said we would have a hair dryer, we did not have one. So i had to walk around with wet hair throughout my trip because i did not pack one.

This is a small, locally owned and operated hotel and restaurant. The owner answers the phone and is ever-present on site. I was upgraded to a larger room without asking just because it was available. I ate a traditional French breakfast and a lunch in the restaurant which caters to the local crowd in the neighborhood. Great food. Locally sourced ingredients and daily specials by their full time chef. Very friendly and accommodating staff. This NOT a large hotel chain. If that’s your objective then go to a Hilton. However if you want a more intimate experience and want to eat like the neighborhood locals, this is a great option.

The restaurant is cheerful; the entrance to the rooms (next door) is a little depressing, but the rooms themselves are clean, adequate, and not expensive, by Paris standards. This is a good and convenient base for exploring Paris; maybe not so good if you intend to spend lots of time vegging out in the room itself.

Great place minus being outside Paris - it is an hour each way to get into the heart of Paris. Otherwise recommend

Trop froid dans la chambre

Accueil et gestion très agreable, la patronne s’est adaptée a une contrainte, j’ai beaucoup apprécié.

Endroit très petit, et surtout porte blindée à l'entrée, escalier très étroit pour accéder aux chambres. celles-ci sont très petites. Point positif : personne très accueillante, propre.

Sabrina (par SMS) et Isaac (à l'accueil) ont été très professionnels en me proposant un changement de chambre malgré l'heure tardive (j'étais incommodée par une odeur de cigarette dans la première). Ils m'ont ainsi permis de passer une nuit de qualité, je les en remercie très chaleureusement ! Hôtel bien placé par rapport aux transports en commun, très propre et calme. Mais vraiment, la sympathie du personnel est le point fort de cet établissement !

Konaklamamın tek iyi yönü check-in saatinden önce aldılar. Onun dışında görevliye ulaşmak imkansız. Odalarda ses yalıtımı yok. Yan tarafta ne yaşanıyorsa her şeyi duydum. Odada güneşlik yoktu. Mecbur çarşafla pencereyi kapattım. Klima yoktu. Tuvalette çok keskin bir koku vardı. Banyoda su için gider yoktu. Duştan sonra odayı sus bastı. Çarşaflarda kıllar vardı. İznim olmadan odama girilmişti. Konumu RER ve metro 7 ye yakın.

Bra rum, fräscht och nytt. Receptionen stängd under öppettiderna. Personal kunde inte engelska och verkade inte nykter Beställde frukost 7.30 men då var allt stängt Personalen kom 8:45 då jag checkade ut och erbjöd frukost kl 10. Inte ok!

Agréable

Un petit hotel fonctionnel, bien placé, au calme. Géré par une personne très sympathique et efficace.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l'hotel, il n'y avait pas d'accueil, nous avons du attendre une bonne vingtaine de minutes avant l'arrivée de l'hotesse. Ensuite, dans la chambre, la télé ne marchait pas ni le chauffage.
