• Housekeeping fee: EUR 25 per day
• Towels fee: EUR 5 per person, per stay (or guests may bring their own)

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property. Fees may include applicable taxes:

• Deposit: EUR 500 per night
• Cash Breakage deposit: EUR 500 per stay
• Cash deposit for Spring Break: EUR 500 per stay for guests staying between 04 May - 28 December
• A damage deposit of EUR 500 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

• Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges
• Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed

• This property has outdoor spaces, such as balconies, patios, terraces which may not be suitable for children; if you have concerns, we recommend contacting the property prior to your arrival to confirm they can accommodate you in a suitable room

The front desk is open daily from 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.
