Very nice small place. Great service. Everything is clean and comfortable. Had dinner at the hotel which was very good. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Speak fair English. Great views from the room. Would definitely recommend staying here

Nice rooms and enough space for all. The beds were covered in crumbs from the previous occupants and there rubbish was still in the room.

Decent food and ideal for our cycling event. Helped with bike storeage, got up early on the day to get us breakfast at 5am. Very impressed

Rooms good. Weekend stays not good. The restaurant & bar were closed on Saturday & Sunday lunchtime & the whole of Sunday. No food or drinks available after breakfast on Sunday. Very poor. Very unwelcoming. Check in was from 3pm. The hotel idoors were closed & locked , reception has a shutter down & guests queue outside in the sun waiting to be admitted!!!! There are A boards outside with information concerning the "rules" of the hotel. Very negative . Not at all welcoming.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. And bed condition was also very good. They are also providing good dishes as well. Especially we are very satisfied with the location of the hotel. It was bit far from city centre but very calm and peaceful. Also you can see the Annecy lake and beautiful mountains.

Very nice and clean hotel. The hotel offers breakfast and has a restaurant for dinner. Annecy only a few minutes drive and has a lot to offer (restaurants, scenery, lake and other entertainment).

It was ok. Location was off of the beating path. Parking was not on property. There is no air conditioning and the windows were hard to open and leave open

This was the worst travel experience I had with Logis Hôtel Annecy Nord Argonay! We were very disappointed and angry! When I booked this hotel(2 rooms was booked)and I selected to pay cash, and in the remarks I wrote: late check-in, around 21:00. I received a confirmation which if I no show, the whole amount will be deducted from my credit card. When check-in at 21:00, my bookings ware cancelled by Logis Hôtel Annecy Nord / Argonay and the hotel was full. Then the receptionist assisted us to find another hotel which was of very poor conditions but price was not cheaper. The poor attitude of the receptionist also drove us angry, she insisted she had called me 30 mins before to notify the cancellation but I was unable to pick up her call! When we planned to leave the hotel, I took a name card of the hotel on the table of the front desk, and the receptionist said to me "you cannot take the name card, you all no longer stay here, we are no longer related to you!" She was acted as if she will hit me, I insisted to keep the name card and she said "you are under the camera and the police is going to catch you for stealing the name card!!!" I asked her to call the police immediately for the name card taken but she didn't. We all are very dissatisfied with the booking! Never imagine this can be happened in hotel industry, all staff there are required to be re-trained! How can they cancel my booking and still so rude to clients!

The hotel was hidden away in a neighborhood. The staff was wonderful and the food was great. It was just perfect.

Good stay, except that the hotel was completely closed (no one in the reception, doors locked) when we arrived (around 4 pm). After roughly 30-45 minutes the clerk showed up. Call or use the buzzer before checking in. Other than that, very pleasant

We were a family of 4 wanting to explore Annecy for a couple of day, but found prices in Annecy too high. This Logis Hotel in Argonay provided a great alternative. Easy access to Annecy via the bus, helpful staff, good breakfast, quiet and relaxed location.

We had a quadruple room that was actually two adjacent rooms. Very convenient to have the kids in the room next door. Very quiet and comfortable bed.

We went to a "desalpe", that one Saturday in the fall when the cows come home from up in the mountains. Desalpe was in Charmey but the shuttle buses were in Broc. The hotel was close to Broc. We also went to Gruyeres twice and it's about a 10 minute drive.

The hotel is in a very quiet neighbourhood out of Annecy. Great location if you have a car.Easy parking. The hotel is family run and extremely clean. The hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Very relaxing to sit out on the balcony sipping a glass of wine and eating a lovely dinner.Great view from the balconny.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is located in a very peaceful setting with a nice view of the surrounding area.

Enjoyed our stay and the apartment was very comfortable. A little remote but fabulous views from the apartment of the Alps. Only negative comment I can give is we struggled to get seated in a restaurant after 7.30pm and not many restaurants about. We traveled approximately 15 miles and all were full due to the The Tour de France being on. Ended up finding a takeout pizza bar. We would definitely recommend staying for cycling/walking holidays.

Difficult to find. No signs. Reception closed on arrival. Only opens at set times per day which were not known beforehand. Restaurant closed Sunday night and very difficult to find anything to eat anywhere in vicinity. It's a desert here said one local resident! Beautiful views. Next to church clock which stops at 9pm
