Clean room and amazing staff!

My fiancé and I absolutely LOVED staying here. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, the view from the balcony was beautiful, and the kitchen was perfect. Simon was extremely helpful and kind and made us feel right at home! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Corina is an amazing host

people here are so nice. the rooms are serviced when asked for it. Neomi, Alex and Corina always make us feel welcome and give great advice on the area. Very convenient and savvy location. thank you Lamartine

It was all lovely and the staff was very helpful and accessible. My only complaint is that we had a car and there was no parking available and nothing nearby. Most people seem to take the train to the hotel so the hotel was not equipped to assist with directing us to reasonable parking.

(exec studio, courtyard view) What a wonderful experience! From the warm greeting when we arrived to the leisurely breakfasts in the courtyard (“continental plus” in terms of choice and quality) to every interaction with Corrina, Simon and others, we truly felt welcome and at home. Room was spacious, and such a treat to have ample storage. Comfy bed; good shower. Location was ideal for multiple trips to the train station to explore the region, and was outside the main crush of tourists, yet close enough for easy walks to Old Town. We left with a new obsession with olive jam and cheese (a tear may have been shed upon departure). Cannot say enough good things about these people and the place. You truly made our time in your beautiful part of the world all the more special.

Overall, our stay was good. Things we liked: helpful staff, secure and quiet location, having our own kitchen, central and walkable location. Things which could be improved: musty smell in the linen closet, water damage on the floor in the bedroom.

This is a really special place. Other than the location, which was fantastic, and the breakfast, which was quite possibly the best i've had at any hotel, the people who run the hotel are wonderful - nothing is too much trouble. If we go back to Nice this is the place we'll be booking again.

Overall good. The curtain and blinds in the living room, which is used as a bedroom with a sofa bed, needs replacing. The sofa bed is not very comfortable either. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I am giving this as feedback so that they can improve these couple of things to make it even better. Rest was excellent. Very good communication from Naomie before the visit. They provided an extra bed at no extra cost. One of the most welcoming team greeted us as soon as I arrived. Corina and other team members, including the manager, were very polite and helpful. Service was excellent throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights stay.

Beautiful space and amazing service

Extremely good service in a great location. Close enough to old town and lots of good eating houses nearby. Manager and staff were delightful.

Fantastic property with exceptional customer service. Corina is an absolute professional host and makes you feel at home immediately upon arrival. The rooms are very bright, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast is an absolute dream with everything included from fresh fruit, yogurt, meat and cheese board, pastries, omelets, coffee and juice.. you will not leave hungry :) Highly recommend Maison Lamartine! Very close to the beach (15 min walk), excellent communication - staff reached out on WhatsApp before checking in. Thoughtful and helpful team. Comfortable bed.

Where do we start?! What an incredible hotel. This was our first holiday with our five-month old baby and we were looked after wonderfully. The travel cot and baby bath were perfect, with a lovely kitchenette as well. Our baby was even given a little teddy bear as a gift! We have named him Hugo (after Hugo Lloris!). On our final day, even though we checked out at 11, the hotel allowed us to use their facilities for the rest of the day until our flight that evening. So very helpful! We can’t say enough kind things. We would love to come back, and we have recommended it to everyone - Merci!

Amazing property and hospitality! 10/10

I wanted to describe my amazing stay at Maison Lamartine so that anybody traveling to Nice will be advised of this most wonderful establishment. As soon as I arrived, the staff met me outside to take in my luggage and suggest a nearby parking garage where I was given a special rate for parking with in-out privileges. Every single staff member was so inviting and kind. They left personalized handwritten greeting cards for my arrival and for Valentine’s Day, and the room was stocked with coffee, wine, water, and candy. The staff really made my experience customized and personal. As for the room itself, I chose the Executive Apartment which had more space than you can imagine. I prepped food, coffee and wine in the kitchen and watched TV nightly in the living room. The bedroom was bigger than my entire apartment in San Francisco, and the bathroom was very clean and large with enough space for my things. As for the location, you could not beat it. There was a grocery store a few blocks in one direction and other shops and cafes at your footsteps. Although sad to leave, I will most definitely return for a longer period of time. Most important was the staff made the experience so wonderful. I will recommend everybody coming to Nice to stay at Maison Lamartine. Thanks to all of you - merci beaucoup !

Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good.

Our stay in Nice was absolutely wonderful! The service we received was exceptional, and the breakfast was truly amazing. Katrina, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our unit was cozy and comfortable, and the property's location was perfect—just a short walk to the Old Town and the tram station.
