Novotel Paris 17

Enjoyed our stay with my 8-yr old son from a location & accessibility perspective but the staff at the front desk are rude (would not give me an extra glass for the room, or spoons for my son to have his yogurt). The house-keeping staff are very professional & courteous!!

Everything was great

Wet rude staff, plus we arrived early just to store our luggage one of our rooms were ready so they gave us the room and locked us out the next day! Told us we already stayed 2 nights. Plus they made us paid $200. Euro in taxes. DO NOT STAY here no matter how cheap it is. Rooms were old and dirty.

Great staff, clean filtered water when needed. Rooms just a little too small. Overall a great value with amazing staff.

Only fault was for room service when it came to getting towels and bedding. We had to go down to the front they would not bring it to us during the day. Also, no vending machines or room service to get drinks for my kids. They told us to Uber drinks, which is crazy.

Clean and affordable family room

We enjoyed our time at Novotel. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. Even though the breakfast was a bit pricey, it was delicious. We were also impressed by how eco-friendly the hotel was since they used no single use plastics.

Anytime I needed to request anything: shower cap, extra blanket or assistance I was told that they couldn't help me pr my family. Would not recommend this hotel due to the terrible service provided and I always stay at Novotel whenever I get a chance when travelling anywhere.

Nice but remote

I recently stayed at the Novotel Paris and had a great experience. The hotel's location is fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming and went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, modern and clean, with all the amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the our room toilet didnt had exhaust. However, overall we were really happy with our stay and would definitely recommend the Novotel Paris to others.

We had a great stay at Novotel. The room was perfect, it was clean et confortable. However, the service from the staff was deceiving. As we check-in I ask info about the parking and I advise I was gonna let the car there for 3 days. The women did not tell me that I would have to pay in the hotel and have a special ticket... So when the time came and I had to exit the parking, the bill was 350$!!! So I had to let the car there, get back in the hotel and ask question. We got to the airport late because of that. It was very long waiting in the hotel to have service and resolve this problem. Also, second day there I ask if there was restaurant near the hotel. The women just told me that she didn't know... Well not very helpful..

The room was comfortable and reasonable. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a large variety of options. I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others.

Simply disappointed. The staff refused to amendment my dates even after i said that i was happy to pay the difference in the prices between those dates. I was also to pay the fee as long as i amended the dates. They refused to amend the dates and refund the money. I will never book it again. Very disappointed.

Nice, quiet and close to the metro! Nice place for a good price.
