Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

The hotel is clean and in a good location. It advertised air conditioning. As soon as we walked into the room we noticed it was hot. We turned the AC on. 2 hours later it was still hot. Like sitting in shorts hot. We called down to ask for someone to check on the unit. Waiting an hour and a half. Called again. Waited another 30 minutes before we headed out. Let the front desk know. When we returned, one of the panels to the ceiling was open but the temperature never changed. It being $5 for a coffee from the bar is very expensive. However the evening staff in the bar a very friendly and offer excellent service. The bathroom in our room had a tub/shower. However there is no shower curtain. A piece of glass covers less than half the length of the tub. When you shower, the whole floor and sink area gets soaked. This being the only sink in the room means when anyone goes to wash their hands, their socks get soaked. Install a shower curtain!

The receptionist at the breakfast restaurant gave us a hard time for paid breakfast. Very embarrassing.

The carpets look stained, other than that, the stay was excellent.

Beautiful and big room

We really had the best time staying 4 nights at Novotel Paris, my kids loved it too. The free breakfast was good and it's a 15- munute walk to the Eiffel tower so we went to the tower every afternoon to end the day. Our room was cleaned everyday. The only thing I don't like is that the sink was separated from the restroom, but that is not a big issue really. There is also a water refilling station which we used everyday. The lobby is always clean and they have 6 elevators so it is very convenient! Our room also has the view of the Siene River so it's beautiful at night!
