Super séjour à 2. Facilité de stationnement aux alentours de l’hôtel. Pratique pour rejoindre à pied l’intramuros si on aime marcher (environ 20min). La piscine est très petite mais peu servir pour rafraîchir les enfants. La plage est à 10min de marche. Et St Malo est une ville magnifique ! Attention il y a des travaux juste en face de l’hôtel et les chambres ne sont pas très bien isolées donc c’est un peu bruyant. Personnellement nous n’avons pas été gêné mais pour les personnes sensibles au bruit ça peut être compliqué.

Gentillesse du personnel , nous avons eu la chanbre dès notre arrivée. Food Truck pizza très apprécié. L'hôtel est à proximité d'un stationnement gratuit et finalement l'hôtel est situé près est intra muros 😀

Bon rapport qualité prix. Cependant l'isolation des chambres n'est pas au top et trop de bruit tard le soir et tôt le matin venant des hébergements voisins... À noter aussi, le manque de confiance à mon égard de la part d'une des réceptionnistes en mettant en doute mes constatations...,dommage. À part ces petits détails c'était bien !

Bed was a bed settee and very uncomfortable both as a bed and a settee. Dirty cover under the mattress. Bath tap didn't work only shower. Looks and smells like it was furnished from a charity shop. Very noisy other residents until the early hours then workmen arrived opposite before 7am. Dreadful nights sleep made worse by the bed settee clunking every time one of us moved. Balcony very old and not safe for our small dog. Would not stay again and would not recommend.

Bon rapport qualité-prix. Il y a un grand espace de jeux avec table de ping pong et jouets pour jeunes enfants. La literie est ok Le coin est moins jolie que les remparts mais ca semble plus authentique et moins touristique. Il y a quand même une plage sympa a marée haute et une jolie balade à faire, ainsi que quelque bonnes crêperies dans le coin. Le coin est moins jolie que les remparts

Hotel is conveniently located near ferry port in a nice area within walking distance to intra- muros.We stayed 5 nights in April and used it as a base for seeing St. Malo and the surrounding area. Only downside of our trip was that the outside pool was not open, as we would have enjoyed having a dip after spending the day sightseeing in the sun.

Fully equipped apartment in St Malo. A bit out of the old town but walking distance. The late check in was possible with instructions given ahead. The down part is that you have to do your bed on arrival - not ideal when you arrive late.

Check-in was easy and the room was reasonably clean, but there was no hand soap or shower gel. The front desk staff member with glasses was curt when this was brought to her attention, although another colleague resolved the issue quickly. At checkout, when asked about my experience, I mentioned that the bed was noisy and uneven. The same staff member appeared to take the comment personally rather than as feedback. A more professional response is generally expected from front desk staff in the hospitality industry, particularly in France.
