I am writing this especially to express my sincere gratitude to Lise the receptionist of the hotel. She was extremely helpful when I forgot my wallet in the room I stayed in. She was very polite and friendly to help me with packing and mailing it to me. She went the extra mile by emailing me to inform me of every step. Thank you Lise, you are amazing!

Very easy check-in at 23:45. The gate was closed for security, but the pedestrian access was open for me to walk in, the out of hours check-in machine wasnt on because there was a lovely man working at the desk, who checked us in no bother. On the key card was the code for the gate, which I walked back for my husband to drive into the carpark which had lots of availability. The rooms were comfortable and clean, very basic, but had Tvs & towels, perfect for our stop off, a place to rest after a long day traveling, before another long day traveling!

Première Classe means “First Class”. I suppose it would truly be first class if you live in Burundi! Thank God for the air conditioning during the recent European heat wave. Running water and electricity are plentiful as well as modern plumbing. Of course, for most of us these would NOT be first class items. No elevator. No fridge. No ice. One very small room. A compact onesie bathroom (shower and toilet and sink in the same small compartment). There is an express shuttle to the airport for just under 4€, cash only! It departs from the nearby bus stop, in front of the Kyriad Hotel just two doors up the street. It’s about a 20 minute ride to BVA. It was quiet the day I arrived so I slept well. But the hotel name spoofed me.

As a budget traveller you don’t always get good accommodations. This hotel is in Beauvais but at the very edge of town. There is no indication where the entrance driveway is. The evening staff do not speak English. The room smelled like sewage. I think the smell was from the air conditioner. I you were not a slim person you would probably not fit into the shower cubicle. I would not recommend this hotel

We were not informed in advance that there would be no reception staff available when we arrived at the property. As a result, we struggled to complete the check-in process using the self-service machine. Unfortunately, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout both the room and the bathroom, which made our stay uncomfortable. The odor was persistent and difficult to tolerate. In addition, we noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan vents had been blocked with tissues, and we were unsure why this had been done. Overall, our experience was disappointing due to the lack of communication, difficulties with check-in, and poor room conditions. For these reasons, I would not recommend this hotel to others.

It's a low end budget hotel ok to stay for a night or two. The room was decent and clean nothing overly impressive. The hotel itself was easy to get to on Uber. I wouldn't stay again. Plenty of parking onsite. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment. Easy check in and check out.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Absolutely awful hotel. The room was awful, damp and smelt of smoke with dirty bedding and very small rooms. Breakfast was stale bread or cocopops. The only good thing was the staff member on our arrival was polite.

It was ok but wouldn't go back, the room was outdated, ants climbing the wall near the door on the saturday after we arrived friday night. Lights hanging off bunk beds. Very noisy bring earplugs, people above us very loud all night moving furniture and talking loud. Beds was comfy and clean though. Bathroom was very strange, was all plastic walls and almost reminded me of a portaloo but with a proper toilet. For the money i paid couldn't grumble to be honest, you get what you pay for. Nothing much near the hotel only steakhouse next door, kfc burger king and mcdonalds couple of mins walk. It was very industrial with diy shops etc. Buses nearby so travelled city centre on saturday and if i ever went beauvais again i would stay in the city centre and pay more as i felt safer up there when compared to the hotel. It is generally used as a stop off hotel for people going calais port i think too. Also for buffet breakfast arrived in reception at just after 9 and all that was left was 4 slices of bread. So we just had an orange juice and hot chocolate before we went out for the day.
