Really poor room,toilet dirty,shower broke,no hand wash or shower gel in receptacles and next to no toilet paper.A group of about 8 people above us decided to have a party until 3am .worst stopover i have experienced and wont stay there again

Gteat fir overnight stay

Air con didnt work, window blind broken, shower head broken. Room stank of smoke

Air conditioning was virtually useless. No reception staff there at all. Never again!!

Very basic,ok for a stopover

An inexpensive Hotel. Auto checking broken, hotel phone me to ask my arrival time and made arrangements for me to check in. Great service and a good basic French breakfast.

Stop off for Spain trip

It is basic and, due to people drinking on balconies, rather noisy until 3am. I was woken several times through the night. The room was okay, warm, clean and dry. Reported defect light and sabotaged smoke alarm to reception. Breakfast was fine.

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. The bedroom had a wall heater which was very effect. The TV was welcome. The bathroom pod might be small if you are of a large frame. But there were lots of 'well built, workmen' who were obviously regular visitors. This is a budget hotel but as a single woman traveller I felt very safe. The 5E simple, buffet breakfast was welcome - Juice, coffee/tea, toast, baguette with choice of jam. I would definitely use it again. ONE issue - to get to the reception you had to go back to the front of the building.

The room is badly in need of renovation. The receptionist was not polite and clearly unhappy in the job.

Too small

First of all we were unable to use the automatic check in facility because our surname had not been entered correctly. Secondly it must be one of the noisiest hotels we have ever stayed in. And last but not least the hotel had a problem with their wi-fi connection and there was no internet.

I got wat I expected from premierclasse. Disappointed with attached camponile where I had a meal.Asked 2 order my steak early 2 help kitchen but bad mistake. Was overcooked and tough. no complaints with premiereclasse

the hotel has a number of levels which you access via outside staircase, no lift available. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was small but clean. Breakfast was poor.

Nous avons été un peu déçus par notre séjour. La chambre était annoncée comme climatisée, mais la climatisation était hors service. À la place, nous avions seulement un petit chauffage d’appoint qui ne suffisait pas à chauffer correctement la pièce, ce qui a rendu la nuit assez fraîche. Les couvertures fournies étaient également très légères ; cela n’aurait pas posé de problème avec une véritable clim, mais dans ces conditions, nous avons eu froid. La salle de bain présentait plusieurs éléments rouillés, et la douche, très étroite et peu pratique, était difficile à utiliser. Pour le prix, nous aurions pu l’accepter, mais l’ensemble donnait une impression d’usure. Le lit supérieur avait sa planche de fond fissurée à plusieurs endroits, ce qui n’a pas posé de problème pendant notre séjour, mais pourrait être un risque de sécurité potentiel. Enfin, nous avons été surpris que le petit déjeuner de notre fille de 9 ans soit facturé au tarif adulte. À part ces points, le séjour restait passable, mais mérite quelques améliorations. En revanche, nous tenons à souligner que le personnel était très gentil et agréable. Même si leur maîtrise du français n’était pas parfaite, ils ont toujours été souriants et serviables, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
