Arrived after midnight. It took the lady 30 minutes to find our reservation, after telling us multiple times that there was no reservation. Then she could not find that it was already paid for. So she told us her colleagues probably messed up things. Then she went out for at least five minutes to find out what happened to our reserved room. Turned out it was given to someone else. So she had to give us a different room, that was fortunately still available. She apologized, but all this fuss was so unnecessary, time consuming and very unprofessional. After 45 minutes we could finally !!!!!!! go to bed. Unacceptable!!! We were the only ones there to check in.

The receptionist was very helpful but poor hotel and poor breakfast (bread and jam - not even any cheese) . Hotel had metal shutters on the windows which did not fill us with confidence about the area and there were a lot of shady characters wandering around

Hotel is excellent value for money. I was alone but might be a bit squashed for 2 adults and a child. Very close to the motorway so very convenient for travelling but not much to see in the surrounding area. Overall an ideal hotel for an overnight stop on route.
