The checkin in the second floor is unusual. My husband arrived with 5 bags and there was no one to assist him, which posed a bit of a problem, shelping the bags from the curb inside. Otherwise, the room was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms was very poorly designed. No door for the shower! No where to sit except in your room or just a few terrible chairs in lobby.

Staff not helpful at all. Got back to the room at 7 in the evening and the housekeeping was not done. Towels on the floor garbage basket not emptied no coffee and no water. The worst part was the attitude of the person when I called to complain. She tried to make it look as if it were my responsibility saying I might have left the “ do not disturb” sign on which I never did. Worst customer service ever. I did mention that at check out but they were unfazed; all I got was some nice talk and I am being polite Obviously this hotel is meant for groups arriving in buses, not for individuals.

The rooms are the worst designed hotel rooms I have ever encountered. Poor storage. No luggage rack. No shelves. Bedside table a postage stamp. Phone high tech for no reason. Shower stupid. Too open and too old. Located in poor location. Toilet hard to flush. Mirrors where you do not need them confuse you at night. Your room number is not the floor your room is on. They did not tell me this. The elevators are so tech heavy you had to know your floor, not your room. And we are in one of the expensive rooms. Be sure to have your bellman spend some time with you. The room has limited instructions and plenty of surprises. Bottom line: Nice looking room but designed to look good with no effort to make guest comfortable.

Tourist traps all over the place! They talked up the wine tasting at 8€ a glass, then offered us a bottle and charged us 70€. Terribly overpriced bad wine and bad food.

The hotel was amazing! Very clean and comfortable beds. Antoine checked us in upon arrival and he was AMAZING! Very helpful and answered any questions that we had! It was lovely dealing with him. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Clean room, friendly staff and overall experience

Nice hotel with updated and spacious rooms. Nice view too from the upper floors. Welcoming and Knowledgeable staff. Great gym. There was a major glitch at check-in which was very disruptive. The manager, Anis, was quick to admit the issue was on their side and worked diligently to get things resolved as quickly as possible. Still, this was quite unacceptable and no compensation was offered. Other downers are that AC is non existant, so air is warm and stuffy. Can’t open windows either to get some fresh air in the room. Restaurants and bars at hotel are not ideal for such a large hotel. Construction around is disruptive too. Would need to rethink whether I’d stay here again.

Loved this property! Would recommend. Close to many great cafes, coffee & shops. Very clean, great staff. Concierge is the best!!!

Service restaurant/bar terrible

Our experience at the Pullman Hotel Montparnasse was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported. During our eventful visit to Paris, the kindness, professionalism, and genuine care of the team made all the difference. Every member of the team was incredibly attentive and helpful — nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautifully modern, impeccably clean, fantastic breakfast, and perfectly located, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional team that runs it. We couldn’t have asked for a better hotel or a more compassionate group of people. Thank you to everyone at the Pullman Montparnasse for helping during our challenging situation and ensuring we still had a truly memorable and comfortable stay. We’ll be forever grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to return and also recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

I was given a disability friendly room, didn’t ask for it. The TV never worked

When we checked in there was a small misunderstanding, which the administration immediately resolved. The staff was very friendly. I would especially like to mention the Italian Restaurant Filia at Pullman hotel , they congratulated me on my birthday in French and English, brought a cake with a candle, it was a pleasant surprise.
