Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

It was close to the Eiffel Tower which is was convenient for us. But the communication from the concierge desk is really poor. I wrote multiple times to arrange the airport pick up for my family and all they did is wrote they would get back to me several times. I ended up hiring a different company, but I had to spend time and do a research who to hire as I am not from France. The rooms were hotter than we are used to in the USA, and the AC was a bit weak to cool the room down. Of course, the hallways were not air conditioned at all and it was not a pleasant walk to your room. It seems to be a normal thing in France not to use AC much.

room is clean，staff is nice， There isn't much variety at the breakfast buffet.

I liked the clean rooms with great bedding and A/C.

This is the best location for the Eiffel Tower. A little pricey, but worth it for the convenience.

Amazing stay at Pullman tour Eiffel great location, amazing staff and great breakfast!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Shortly after eating breakfast at the hotel, I developed severe vomiting and diarrhea and had to spend almost the entire day in the emergency department at the American Hospital of Paris receiving IV fluids and treatment. While I cannot say with certainty what caused it, the symptoms began immediately after the hotel breakfast, and it completely ruined part of our trip. What disappointed me even more was the hotel’s response. The staff said they would follow up and take care of the situation, but we never received any meaningful assistance or communication afterward. It felt like the issue was simply ignored. Another downside was that the bathroom had a noticeable sewage/drain odor, which made the room less pleasant. The only positive was the view, which was nice. However, considering the overall experience, I would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it.

The vip section at the rooftop bar was worth the money at night.

The room was very clean We paid for an upgrade and had an awesome view of the Eiffel Tower Watching it light up at night was a special treat. The entire staff was awesome But a special shout out to Jeff at the front desk

Great location. Disappointed in our room location, paid extra for a deluxe room it was on the first floor overlooking a roof and a large tree blocked the view of the Eiffel Tower. There was a big stain on the carpet (room 117). The hotel staff are all lovely, the breakfast is very nice. But I wouldn’t stay there again

As a first time tourist to France, this was an excellent location. Minutes to the Eiffel Tower and the Metro. We walked to the Arc de Triumph, easy ride to the Louvre and Le Marais and Notre-Dame Dame, and Versailles. The restaurant had an excellent breakfast, and having dinner once is alright, but we did room service for Bastille Day fireworks. The view from the balcony is a very good view of the fireworks despite that they put us in the second floor and I requested a higher floor months ahead. It’s truly more of a partial view rather than full, but I don’t think that you can better. I would highly recommend it for anyone traveling for the first time. It is quite a busy hotel which is its biggest negative, and no pool or spa, but I didn’t even go to the 24/7 gym.

Great location. Real shame the roof top bar was closed as this was one of the main reasons for choosing the hotel.
