We had a little trouble checking in but after that it was wonderful. This is a boutique hotel in an old building full of charm. It has a breakfast room downstairs with stone walls. It's really beautiful. Eric was one of the people at the desk who helped us. He could not have been more personable, professional and just very friendly. He made up for any issues we had checking in.

The hotel was clean and the bar was nice. However, it took over an hour to check in and the reception staff were more interested in interacting with their colleagues than customers. The area around the hotel felt unsafe with people selling random used items on the pavements outside which attracted crowds.

I had an incredible stay here as a solo traveller - no problems at all. Staff were polite and patient as I didn’t speak any French. Rooms were clean and spacious. Television fitted with chrome cast which is ideal when you want to watch something before you go to sleep. Coffee machine fitted in each room which was worked well alongside teabags and a kettle. Shower worked fine. Roof top bar staff were also incredible and more than hospitable. Will most definitely be returning! Thank you all.

Booked deluxe room and was very small. Tiles on bathroom floor moved underfoot. Breakfast staff rude and unhelpful. Asked for an extra crème for coffee, no sign of it. Disappointing stay for the cost !!!

Stay was good. It’s a nice hotel, it’s the cleanest building in the area. The quality was just OK. Very thin towels, no iron in the room, no closet. The fire alarm went off a few times. The roof top is great. Great service. It’s a 10 min walk to Metro 13 which connects you to all the tourist stops. I do not recommended walking in the area at night or after 8pm. They did charge us extra euros for a late check out.

This is a very nice Hotel. We upgraded to a Suite Type Room, which was really spacious. I can’t comment on the Standard Rooms. The Hotel was very clean and quite close to the Metro.
