The Michel Hotel is a nice family and business hotel. We felt really home and warm welcome. Thank you also for the amazing Birthday Party for my dad, your hospitality was amazing, the coffee and cake selection inspired everyone and the buffet and the ice fountain was mind blowing. Our gasts will hold this event in the heart for ever!

Clean and decent hotel, well situated with walking distance to town centre. Loved the little frozen lake that I could see from the window. Quiet town, visiting in February wasn’t the turist moment.

Nice hotel downtown Suhl.
Rooms are clean and staff is nice.
The only, but big downside for me was the close to non exciting internet.
For someone traveling 110-130 days per jaar, internet is a priority.
Sad to say it was not just bad , it was horrible
Hopefully they can do something about it.

Achat-Hotels im Vergleich als Magdeburger Stammgast. Das Zimmer hat gegenüber dem Magdeburger Hotel verloren, in Suhl besteht doch Sanierungsstau.
Eindeutiger Gewinner war das Frühstück und auch die Abendkarte im Bistro. Reichhaltig, gute Auswahl, netter Service, gern wieder.

Das Bett ,welches man nicht als Bett bezeichnen kann war eine Liege mit einer fetten Matratze drauf, diese kippelte und rutschte, zwei meiner Kollegen sind von dieser runtergefallen auf dem Fußboden. Wir hatten vier Einzelzimmer gebucht in allen Zimmern hängen die Handtuchhalter nur noch so lose an der Wand.

Schönes, gutes Hotel mitten in Suhl, gute Anbindung an die Stadt, gute Anbindung an den Bahnhof!! Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, sowohl bei der Anmeldung /Rezeption, beim Frühstück als auch an der Bar.
