The place is very close to the train station. My room was looking towards the back of the hotel, so it was very quiet. It has most standard hotel conveniences. They only had one pillow, so I ordered one and they gave it to me.

The staff is kind, and the room was very little but warm and clean.
The problem is that the area is not safe and the guests of the hotel are not recommendable. During the 3 nights I spent there I heard people shouting and slamming doors in the corridors, listening to loud music and hrowing up. All night long! A nightmare.
The wifi was useless.

helpful staff. Room ok apart from ridiculously small entrance to toilet sink! I couldn't use the sink properly because the doorway wasn't wide enough to stand in and a shelf above the sink made it difficult to get my head over it. Otherwise all ok although it's always a bit disappointing when there's no drink or drink-making option.

Hotel is near the main train station and trams, easy to find. Only real complaint was the bed is very hard. While I like a good firm mattress, these were just too hard. The good side is their service. I called the front desk for a wake up call, but the poor guy couldn't understand what time I wanted to be called (I don't speak German). But when I hung up, I thought he had it right. 5 minutes later, there was a knock on my door. The front desk man had come to my 3rd floor room with a pencil and paper so I could write down the time I wanted the wake up call! And at exactly the correct time the next morning, my phone rang!

The room was small but comfortable, separate shower ok, bath very small and difficult to use, I am small person and hardly fit between the sink and the wall to get the toilet.
The door locks where tight and all the room doors had to be slam to close, in the morning was a concert of slamming doors. Location was grate and breakfast adequate for the price.
