This is an excellent location to the river and old city along with luxury shopping. Amazing location. The amenities are great but no treadmill in the gym….its ok though as dusseldorf is a perfect city to run outside. Nice bar and breakfast restaurant too.

Staff are attentive. GF stayed in Dusseldorf and left a message for me at the hotel a few weeks ago. Was safely delivered to me.

Great location near the old town. Decent clean hotel. Negatives, the quilt was tiny and it was noisy around my room. I would stay again though for the location.

Was uncomfortable sue to the room being so hot. They took out the thermostat to cool off the room.
On top of it being hard to sleep because of the heat the Maids are impatient and wont let you sleep in the morning so they can get into the room.

This hotel was nice. Excellent service. The only complaint is there are air conditioning units in every room, although they remove the controllers so you can't use them. Great location.

What a beautiful hotel, and how beautiful is Düsseldorf😍. The hotel was easy to find, car park is next to it, our room was wonderful, and all of the staff were so kind and polite.
Düsseldorf really does show off a rich German history, beautiful buildings, and such a vibrant night light life. I'm told over 300 bars😲
Breakfast here was amazing, the bar was lovely for having a drink before we went out. Overall a wonderful hotel and one we can't wait to visit again. Thank you for having us.

Lovely situated hotel with a great breakfast and excellent service but the air conditioning didn't work on the hottest week of the year, so sleeping in particular was incredibly uncomfortable - when I complained I received a decent discount, but I was told it had been broken since it was switched on earlier in the year. If I had been informed I would have changed my booking.

Very nice hotel - clean and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good and the location is superb. Two major issues - NO AC - super warm in the rooms and we had to ask nicely for 2 fans which were helpful but did not stop the room being really warm and muggy. The shower was great pressure but the construct is ridiculous with a glass door that is not flush with the bath so you cannot face the water at the door or you flood the bathroom ! We know !!! Overall recommend the hotel if it's not too hot otherwise bring a fan ! Staff great and location is the best !!

Good stay, great location but room was hot due to lack of aircon and this was not a hot night outside, maybe only 16 degrees outside, need to fix aircon for a very good stay.

Very old rooms, with uncomfortable beds. After 2 nights of sleeping, me and my brother both got back pain. Toilets are old as well.
