We had such a lovely, warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. Inside, the hotel is clean and welcoming. The hotel is very conveniently positioned and about 10 or 15 minutes to the tram stop into Basel. The breakfast was absolutely first class - plenty of options and the rooms were great.

Very comfortable hotel with good breakfast. Near lorry park though a short walk to amenities. No air conditioning however fans provided.

Fabulous hotel. We had an apartment, which was huge, with lots of space for the three of us. It was more modern than the images we had seen online, as well as being clean and well furnished and a nice balcony too. Our hosts were really friendly & accomodating, helping us with late check-ins and taxis when we needed them. The breakfasts were great with plenty of choice, including continental or cooked, (scrambled eggs & bacon). We dined in the restaurant on a couple of evenings and the food & service was superb! Really handy location to the tram stop if you're heading to Basel, approx a 10 minute walk. Although the surrounding area isnt particularly scenic, as its situated on a industrial estate, you do tend to forget about that once you are inside the hotel itself. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great location, near to the Rhine river and a park (that our kids loved). Also near to the border of the three countries. Massive room with comfy beds! Extremely friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Were very accomodating to prepare us gluten free breakfast options. Highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was in an industrial area. Easy parking and friendly staff. Breakfast let it down with a limited offering and they ran out of some item and were not replaced. Fruit juices had flies in them.

Spacious room, very clean and friendly staff!

We were holed up in this hotel for three days sick. The people were very kind, and the room was very large. On the downside, the neighborhood is very industrial. Taxi’s are very expensive and not practical for getting around. The food in the restaurant is great, but meals are individually prepared by a small kitchen staff so service can be a bit slow.

Do NOT plan to arrive on the weekend. There is no one on reception. I was thankful that someone arranged to be there when I arrived at 1:30pm to let me in. This person was very kind but left the premises after showing me my room. My room was large, very clean and bright. BUT there was no air conditioning or fan, no tea/ coffee making facilities no fridge. My room became a furnace as the afternoon progressed - I am Australian and used to heat but this was exceedingly uncomfortable. The walk to buy food was too far given that one is always tired on arrival and the area is not attractive. It cost me €50 for a taxi from Basel which shocked me given the short distance. I chose this hotel because I’m going on a Rhine trip and thought I could walk to the dock. I can’t and another taxi will cost €30. I wish I’d stayed in Basel. PS Don’t rely on TV for entertainment. Awful selection of programmes.

Comfortable, clean, welcoming with spacious rooms.

The area where the hotel is located, is very industrial. Nevertheless, I would totally stay once again here.

A wonderful and affordable hotel, large room and welcoming front desk. The sole downside is the 20-minute tram into town, or a beautiful 1-hour walk along the river into town.

Exceptionally friendly and welcoming overnight stay, and a great buffet breakfast. Room was very spacious, with a cot too. Bathroom also very spacious, with a huge shower. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel for oversleep during business trip. It is located in not very nice neighbourhood but I was traveling with the car.
