Overall wonderful place, well above the 3 stars it has. I didn’t give full marks as there were some bits that can be fixed easily. Mainly in the bathroom the shower washer needs changing as it sprays from the side, I think someone needs to look at the rims inside the toilet bowl because I noticed a lot of dirt, mirror has a slight chip on the top left hand side and there were some old gummy bears from previous occupants under the sofa. Comfort of the room was great and I really enjoyed my stay and would come back despite the little bits

Zimmer warnicht fertig, Buchung wurde übersehen. Nach hektischer Reinigung leider nicht besonders sauber, Kein Shampoo am Waschtisch und in der Dusche. Haare im Waschbecken, Profile der Dusche teilweise verschimmelt.
Lage ist gut. Anlage ist gut. Ich hatte wohl einfach pech.

Ich war verärgert, dass beim Betreten des Frühstückraumes unser Guten-Morgen-Gruß (auch nach lauter Wiederholung) an den 2 Tagen vom Service Personal nicht erwidert wurde, möglicherweise als bewusste Ignorierung, da meine Begleitung dunkelhäutig war?
Auch beim Einchecken fehlte es an Kundenorientierung.
Die Zimmer waren gut, jedoch ohne Möglichkeit einer Kaffee-oder Teezubereitung.
