When we arrived the staff were so helpful, our room was ready early so we got to check in. The rooms were absolutely spotless and modern, the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The hotel is in a prime location, right near the cathedral and bars. We never had to use a taxi besides to and from the airport. Could not fault this hotel in the slightest. Highly recommend.

Lovely clean hotel, lovely staff very welcoming and nothing was any bother to them, I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back to Cologne, the breakfast was ok nothing special but there was plenty to eat.

Room and facilities excellent but TV had no signal (Not needed,so did not report. Friday and Saturday night, noise from disco next door until 1.00 am. Despite good soundproofing from street noise, drumbeats intruded. Staff sympathetic and helped in every other possible way with my requests. Nothing was too much trouble and electric kettle provided on request for hot drinks in my room.
