My experience at this hotel wasn’t great, and I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay. Don’t get me wrong — the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a good location. However, the real problem started when I checked in and entered my assigned room. It turned out to be someone else’s room — I could clearly see an open suitcase and personal belongings inside.
I immediately went back to the front desk and informed the staff. He seems surprised and gave me a different room and key. That room didn’t have anyone’s belongings, but it had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Since the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking, I was worried I might get charged a fine.
I went back to the front desk again and asked for another room, explaining that the second room smelled heavily of smoke. They gave me a third room, but by then I didn’t feel secure anymore. I couldn’t stop thinking about how easily I had entered someone else’s room earlier - what if someone could do the same to mine?
Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again due to safety concerns, even though the staff was friendly and the location was convenient.

The soundproofing is terrible. I could hear conversations from the next room, and since many laborers stay at this hotel, loud music was played in the rooms until 2 a.m., which made it very difficult to rest.

Relatively close to the train station. Close to a new shopping mall. An underground station is under construction but there’s a tram station nearby.
Was a little disappointed they didn’t have a toothpaste and free bottled water in the number.
But generally a good choice for its price.

Wir haben eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, aber leider war der Schlafkomfort nicht gut. Das Bett war viel zu hart, und die Kissen waren zu weich, sodass wir morgens mit starken Körperschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Zudem war die Bettdecke nicht sauber, was den Aufenthalt unangenehm machte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass das Badezimmer sauber und in gutem Zustand war. Insgesamt könnte das Hotel mit besseren Betten und sauberer Bettwäsche deutlich angenehmer sein.

I really like going to smaller properties (no big corporations). They always have their quirks. The shower was a bit strange but it worked so that's all that matters. The staff was very lovely and always let me take candy from the front desk. And the location was very convenient for me, since I was in Frankfurt for a convention at Messe. I could easily walk there every day. And there is a huge mall nearby if you forgot anything. My only complaint was that I didn't think the breakfast was quite for 15 Euro, but hotel food is often expensive.
