The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 11:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. The negative COVID-19 test result requirement applies to all guests aged 16 and up, and the test must have been administered no more than 24 hours prior to check-in. Guests providing vaccination records must have received complete COVID-19 vaccination at least 14 days prior to check-in.

The property is closed between December 7 and January 16.
