Wir waren zum ersten mal im Hotel Christel, doch sicher nicht zum letzten mal. Das Essen ist hervorragend und es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, der Service war freundlich, familiär. Überhaupt hat man nicht das Gefühl im Hotel zu sein - es ist eher wie Freunde zu besuchen mit sämtlichen annehmlichkeiten die man zu Hause so nicht hat.

The hotel room did not have any air conditioning that was stated as an amenity in the profile. The hotel manager did not accept any of my critisizm, and did not even offer any sympathy. I found hair on the bath room floor and a bottle cap under the bed. The TV remote did not work. There is no elevator from the parking at the back of the hotel, only inside the from the enterance and lobby to the rooms. The hotel rooms are simple and functional. The staff was nice but none of them speaked English except the manager thay was not present all of the time. Lcd TV is small. The shower is tiny. The hotel location is beautiful, and the garden with the pool at the back of the hotel is great.

Gut geeignet, um in beschaulicher Umgebung ein paar unbeschwerte Urlaubstage zu verbringen. Die von ebookers angegebene Check-out-time(10:30 Uhr) weicht allerdings von der Zeit der Hotelleitung(10:00 Uhr) ab. Aus Gründen der sicheren Planbarkeit sollten die angegebenen Zeiten übereinstimmen. Es ist unerheblich, dass gfls. nach Rücksprache eine Einigung auf 10:30 Uhr erreicht werden kann. Der Aufenthalt als solcher hat mir gefallen!

Nice hotel, we found it a good stop on the way to Austria. Friendly staff, clean room and good breakfast. The garden offers a wonderful nature swimming pond and Schloss Mespelbrunn is just a 15 min. walk.

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit Restaurant (leider am Ankunftstag geschlossen). Grosser Parkplatz und freundlicher Empfang mit unkompliziertem Checkin. Es gab Rolläden zum verdunkeln und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich. Der Frühstücksraum ist super hell mit Ausblick auf Stadt und Natur zu drei Seiten. Nicht gefallen haben mir die wenig unterstützenden Kopfkissen und der tropfende Duschkopf. Für das Abendessen wurde ein tolles Restaurant empfohlen.
