We really enjoyed this hotel! though we were surprised that the actual bathroom door was see through glass 😳 glad I was there with my husband! Weihnachts Markt was walking distance and fabulous! Breakfast buffet was amazing! We would go there again.

I booked this hotel for "Free Parking" since I was drive around the area for sightseeing. To my disappointment, there is no clearly marked parking lot for a foreigner traveling to this part of Germany for the first time. I tried my best to park in an area I thought was parking lot, but ended up to be ticketed for an 30 Euro parking fine. That incident destroyed all the good feelings for this hotel stay.

We stayed overnight as a stop over during our journey. The hotel receptionist were helpful although would spend rather too long with guests leaving the others to wait longer. Parking was available at the hotel car park. Rooms were large and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Few things to note: 1. Gueats have to carry their luggage down and up the stairs for some part of the way. 2. The town is small and restaurants are few and many close on Monday 3. The welcome drink is a small drink and not regular 4. There is a bio Markt walking distance from the hotel, where we had a great breakfast. All in all, we

Was extremely warm in the attic with only one portable fan. The temperature was in the 30+ deg c, not the hotels fault as it has been extremely hot in Europe this summer. Friendly guests and staff. Nice and clean.

We like Hotel Europa. Its located in 10-15 min walk from the Old City and very easy to find. The rooms are big(!) and stuff is super helpful, polite and professional. Breakfast is very good!The ladies who serve at the breakfast rooms always make our day: such great smiley a cheerful personalities. In case if you need a laundromat, its located under 4 min by car. For the internet you would have to pay to local provider 6 euro a day.
