Decent place in downtown Bad Godesberg. Excellent breakfast and very clean. Rooms are small. Parking is difficult. The hotel has a garage for a reasonable price but spaces are tiny.

Hotel is just a few minutes from the train station. Staff are friendly, room was fantastic, cleaners did a great job at cleaning the rooms and the place was overall fantastic. Breakfast included was also brilliant.

It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

A delightful and well appointed retreat in Bonn. Staff were exceptional and speak English quite well a major factor for us monolingual types. The breakfast, included in the price, was typical German fare-- cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, muesli, breads and rolls, juice and strong coffee--and was among the best of any hotels I've stayed at in Germany (and Europe) over the past 20+ years.

The area is imazing, hotel is clean and breakfast is rich, I have been 3 times before in this hotel, every thing in place, until my last visit, bed sheaths and pilows was not as before,saturday I found almost no breakfast, they said becouse I am the only guest in the hotel???

They didn't provide microwave nor electric kettle inside the room. They want us to come downstairs to warm our food or boil water for tea. They also said we can't eat nor drink in our room. The little refrigerator provided was filled with drinks that we have to pay for if we had drank them (that's not bad business idea) but we had to emptied it to put our stuffs in it.

It was a comfortable hotel with very friendly staff and a good breakfast. The WiFi was exceedingly slow. The rooms were small, but comfortable. The bathroom was very nice. Everything was very clean.

I was just at the hotel for one night on my way to conduct research interviews in the Bonn area. I discovered that I had a Skype job interview the night of my arrival, so I made sure to contact the hotel to make sure that the Internet connection was strong enough for my interview. I was reassured that it was. It turned out that my call was dropped several times, which was very frustrating. I had also spent the day traveling from Berlin by train and I was very worried about my Skype interview and I figured that room service would take my mind off of worrying about time management. I discovered that there isn't any room service and that the restaurant only does breakfast. The area of Bonn that the hotel is in is very nice but finding something quick at 8pm was difficult.
