The front desk is open daily from 5 PM - 7 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. Guests are required to be members of Hostelling International or an affiliate, such as the German Youth Hostel Association. Guests must present a valid membership card at check-in. Guests who are not members may purchase a membership online or at the reception desk at check-in. Special membership fees may be available for schools, clubs, and other institutions. Members from outside Germany are subject to the regulations in their country of origin, but non-members from abroad can also purchase welcome stamps at this hostel.

Hotel only accepts guests with minimum age of 16
