The hotel is centrally located to attend classes at the Bildungszentrum der Bundeswehr and experience the restaurants nearby in Mannheim. The breakfast was well stocked and plenty of options. Plenty of parking, staff speaks english, would stay here again.

Loud hotel, no relief from hallway noise. Connecting door did not close. Room smelt of smoke. Seems like a refit opening before it was ready. Staff need to stop chatting to each other when I wanted to buy something. Felt ignored and you lost a sale

Hotel not good enough and not value for money. They only offer single duvet covers . It’s like my 5 year old son duvet. I could only cover my feet and waist area .
Only one elevator working during my 4 night stay and it was pretty bad, It takes on average about 15 minutes to get the elevator to the fifth floor and it was pretty OLD AND JUMPY.
ITS A ONE STAR HOTEL THAT CHARGES 3 STARS PRICES.
Oh I forgot there is no tea or kettle in the rooms as well

This hotel has many facilities for seminars and small conferences which give it a pleasant campus feeling. Admirers of mid-Century design will appreciate its classic style. Breakfast was almost too delicious -- requires good willpower not to eat too much. Quiet location set back from street but still convenient to transportation. The restaurant is not open at lunchtime and the nearest restaurants are a kilometer away. Dinner was very good. The local museums rival London and Paris for the quality of exhibitions, but are not crowded or expensive.

I drove specifically to this hotel because it was advertised that a room with a double bed was available. But in the room were only two single beds. When I asked about it, I was told that no rooms with double beds were available.
Moreover the hallways in the hotel were awful.
The rest was fine.

Staff was generally friendly, though they told us that we had to pay at check in. The room's cleanliness was okay at best, the floor in the bathroom was really dirty in the corners and the carpet in the room and hallway had many stains.
The breakfast was great though. All in all, I had worse hotels, but for this price point I also had much better ones.

Good hotel clean and tidy room is good and has everything you need. I stopped for the f1 tram to Mannheim station was good and easy to catch.
Only rubbish part was the restaurant not much choice and overpriced!!!

The restaurant was unexpectedly closed on the sunday night, and there was no sign to inform the guests. Nearest place to eat was a 10-15 minute walk away and it was 38°c by this point, too hot to be walking anywhere. The breakfast is very overpriced.
The staff in general were great, and very helpful.

The location is just fantastic in the center of the City right next to the beautiful Luisenpark. Do not miss a visit of this amazing park! The hotel is recent, clean and practical but the rooms was not ideal for a family and the bed a bit firm.

Nicely close to highway. Clean. Booked two rooms, one room perfect, the other room had hard matresses, noisy aircon with bip-noise every 5 seconds. Reception informed, they said it was random when the aircon would make this sound and for security reasons...could not eliminate the noise. Did not sleep that night. Breakfast ok if you do not have food allergies. Nice coffee and variety of youghurts, breakfast a little expensive.
Called the day before to get information. Was misinformed on prices for breakfast and at what age kids pay for breakfast.
Parking for 10 hours at hotel parking lot only 3 euros.
