Centrally located Aachen hotel with many wonderful conveniences. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered cooked to order eggs. Great beers on offer in the lobby too. Overall excellent property.

Average hotel. Parking is very inconvenient if you didn’t reserve a space, which I didn’t and can’t recall seeing that option on the website. We had to park two blocks from the hotel, which is located on a busy street making it very inconvenient to unload luggage. We schlepped our two large suitcases those two blocks. Hotel overall is ok. Nothing to get excited about and nothing to overly criticize.

No parking at Hotel, but a block away. Location to city center was great, a 6 min walk. Room location was interesting, up the elevator, outdoors across a steel walkway, inside and down a step to room? the bathroom was very small. you had to go around the sink to sit on toilet. Very strange. Hotel staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is cold, typical European style.

I booked to stay for one night as we were visiting the Aachen Christmas market. I chose the hotel because of the location and proximity to the market. I was slightly wary after reading reviews of the hotel however, I had nothing to worry about. We got a taxi to the hotel because we had heavy luggage however you can walk to the hotel, it takes about 15-20 minutes. A taxi from Aachen HBF was only 8 euros. The hotel is quite disguised from the outside but we found it ok. We buzzed the door and we were let in. You have to walk up some stairs to get to reception but then there is a lift from reception to the rooms. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We went up to our room on the fourth floor. You do have to walk over an outdoor balcony to get to the rooms but it was fine. Our room was lovely and cosy. It was clean and tidy and we were very happy with it. The hotel is a two minute walk to the shops and the Christmas market. A great location! The breakfast was very yummy and there was lots of choice. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, it really made our stay special. I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great nights sleep, a wonderful breakfast and a great stay!

This hotel is very cute and not real big, but the staff was very kind and helped us with getting around. It's near the bus stop and also near the center of town. We had an excellent complimentary breakfast. If you do not use the back entrance with the elevator, you will have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. The man at the desk carried our luggage up for us.
