The hotel was nice. Right on the promenade. It rained while we were there but there was a sun room for breakfast which was lovely. The breakfast was good. Rooms very clean and spacious. Parking was definitely an issue. I chatted online about driving in when I first booked. Then called to have a conversation about the stay and again mentioned parking and we had a rental. When we came to check in there was no record of parking. We were lucky the hotel next door was able to offer a spot.

Traumhafte Lage, super freundlich. Charmantes, historisches Gebäude. Dass es etwas hellhöriger ist lässt sich in einem solch historischen Gemäuer eben nicht vermeiden. Es war aber generell sehr früh ruhig und man konnte wunderbar schlafen mit dem Meer als Hintergrundgeräusch.

Insgesamt gefiel uns das Strandschlösschen, das wir anlässlich des Geburtstages meines Ehemannes gebucht hatten, wieder recht gut, insbesondere der Meerblick und der freundliche Empfang. Abstriche: der Geschmack des Kaffees und die Unterbringung trotz unseres Alters in der 3. Etage (ohne Fahrstuhl , Alter 75/ 76 Jahre alt), was nicht nur mit dem Gepäck mühsam war. In früheren Zeiten gab es zum Geburtstag außerdem eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit, was sehr freundlich war. Dafür gibt es aber nun für alle Gäste einen persönlichen Empfangsgruß.

Hotel direkt am Strand mit phantastischem Frühstück mit Blick aufs mehr. Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleine Minuspunkte: Wir haben keinen Parkplatz direkt am Hotel bekommen (Parkmöglichkeiten für 8 bzw. 12€ je Tag in ca. 600 - 700m Entfernung). Kein Aufzug.

Arrival late needed some call to helpline but beautiful old hotel kept in great shape! Excellent breakfast despite being bit slim in options. Beds bit too soft but no probs though. Unfortunately no aircon, so room was very warm. Bathroom is cramped but everything is renovated in the room. Bad smell in the bathroom on arrival went away with a flush, luckily. Parking onky at the municipal areas that are some hundres of meters away but very cheap.

Koselig, personlig og intimt hotell. Anbefales. Mulig å betale for parkering ved hotellet, trangt men anbefales. Vi ankom på en solskinnsdag som førte til utfart til stranden og gatene var fulle av biler, var da heldig som fikk kjøpe en ledig plass av hotellet.
