The hotel is situated just across the road from the main railway station. The central business district is a 5 minute flat walk from the hotel and the old town a 12 minute flat walk from the hotel. The staff are very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. The rooms are clean and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. Highly recommended.

The room wasn’t “spotless”…the carpet need a shampoo…other than that, the room was very nice. The staff was amazing…friendly, helpful, accommodating… considering the location across the street from the main train station…and the room rate…great value…I’ll definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was lovely. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Accommodating with any asks (extra pillows etc). Hotel decor is mostly modern. Clean rooms and daily housekeeping. Breakfast was basic but enough options to suffice. In terms of location, it’s great as it’s so close to the main train station however, because of that the area surrounding the hotel is not nice. Many unsavoury looking people. Felt very unsafe walking back and forth the hotel. Luckily I was with my partner but even he felt uneasy. Understand, it’s not the hotels fault but will probably not recommend or return due to this.

Had an issue with the toilet which wouldn’t flush all weekend and was constantly running but couldn’t be fixed because it was the weekend. Only had feather pillows which I am allergic to and had to fold up a duvet as a pillow as couldn’t offer an alternative. Beggars directly outside hotel was not pleasant

Near some shops in nearby streeys, but a very 'dubios' area. Lots of guys hanging around offering you drugs etc. When I checked out of the hotel, the person at the desk did not confirm this on the computer, anf I had a few incoming calls after I left and the hotel said they did not know where I was as I hadn't checked out yet Not great service

Nice hotel in the centre of town near the train station. Ok breakfast at cost. Room a bit cold but the extra duvet helped. Probably because I was out all night drinking and at the football in the snow. Hotel could use a lick of paint to spruce it up but still in good order. Staff were fine.

This is the first time I’ve booked a hotel through Expedia that was not at all what was represented in the ad. The area outside the hotel had a surplus of people living on the street and smelt like strong urine. On arrival there was an altercation outside the front doors and police were called. I always book places with A/C which they said they had but the didn’t. The room was 24 degrees. It smelt bad and had stains on the furniture. I didn’t feel safe and it was so bad we left and found an alternate room. Unfortunately the hotel would not refund us

Location was OK, but large bleach stain on the carpet outside of the elevator. Room did not seem clean and our garbage was not emptied when we checked in. The towels are super old and frayed on the edges and gray in color. This hotel definitely needs a refresh.
