Staff were great -- the guy who checked me in told me not to worry about getting to the airport 3 hours in advance, given that the airport would not be open then! Also told me about coffee & croissants available at 4 am -- very nice! My room had a fridge and a comfortable bed. One of the bedside lamps didn't work, which was unfortunate, because the room was a little dark without it. I also wish the shower had provided hair conditioner. And I still think the artwork (blindfolded, stylized woman -- same painting in my room 9 years ago at this same hotel!) is creepy, but that's a pretty minor complaint. The hotel remains an excellent option when you need to be really (REALLY!) close to the airport -- less than 5 mins walk, even with a stack of luggage.

This hotel is fine and overall well maintained. The airport and Messe are within walking distance. Parking is very convenient and never seemed full, although it is a bit expensive. Breakfast is good and offers a nice variety. My room (standard room) had probably seen better days, but nothing was broken and I have nothing to complain about, it was absolutely fine. The staff is very kind and helpful, both at reception and in the restaurant/breakfast area. A special mention to Olga at reception: thank you very much for your kindness and efficiency. Just to note: there are currently construction works on the west side of the hotel, and on weekdays from around 7:30 a.m. there is quite a bit of noise on that side. Luckily I was traveling for business and was already awake at that time, but if I had been there for leisure, I probably wouldn’t have appreciated it. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault. Just be aware that if you plan to sleep in, a room on the east side (same side as the parking lot) is advisable. Would I go back? Yes, without any hesitation.

L'hotel est très propre et très proche du centre de congrès par contre rien autour à part l'aéroport (d'ailleurs on entend pas les avions) Je n'ai pas pu dîner au restaurant le second soir car il fallait réserver ... tout à fait dommageable Matelas trop mou à mon goût

This hotel is very convenient if flying out of Stuttgart Airport the next morning, as it is an easy walk, even with luggage, to the terminal. Our room was clean and adequate, but small. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a 2:30 AM wake up call that was obviously meant for a different room, but forgot to mention this as we were checking out.
