The pool was great, refreshing and safe. Very spacious room and quiet suburban location. The staff member was very welcoming and helpful.

The room was good and the location was close to the beach, restaurants, etc. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the breakfast. We would stay here again!

Quiet and peaceful, appartments. Friendly and helpful staff, food freshly cooked to order. Swimming pool was nice with plenty on sun loungers avaliable. Appartments were well aquipted and spacious. Would stay again.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Located just outside of rethymno, so more rural area, but shops were not a far walk away and the room was very nice, clean and we really enjoyed our stay!

As always the staff were super accommodating. All you have to do is ask and they make every effort to accommodate your requests. The rooms are great, the pool is clean and warm. A super find. Clean, simple, affordable accommodation with fantastic charm.

The bathrooms are incredibly small and had mold everywhere. This is not a 4.2 star hotel

The room was very clean, the service was excellent and all in all we had a great stay.

We absolutely loved it. It was 6 of us – 4 adults and 2 children in two independent units. Children loved the pool and pool area. We were on the first floor literally across from the pool, which was very convenient and not noisy at all. The beach is about 600 m away and about 10 minute walking. When I booked hotel I was a bit concerned the HWY is between hotel and the beach, so I thought we had to cross HWY to get to the beach but this is addressed quite nicely, by tunnel that is built under highway. The grocery store was only about 100m away. Big grocery store called Lidle is about 600m away.Convenience store in the hotel had basic stuff that was sufficient if you needed something right there, such as bread, bottled water, coffee milk, some cold cuts, and pool accessories if children were in need. Very well organized. Small kitchenettes had dishes that were sufficient for some basic meals we cooked and prepared. The cleaning staff came every second day. What I really appreciated is honesty people displayed, we were on holiday and not concerned with much, electronic devices kids were using were allover beds, tables, sometimes on the floor, sometimes money would be left in the open and visible but nothing was touched. Overall we really enjoyed, and would go back there again.

Schöner Pool

Séjour agréable, grande piscine pour se détendre en fin de journée et bar à cocktails pour se détendre. Personnels agréable et serviable.

Small and nice hotel outside of the city. We had a great time and would give extra credit to the people that worked in the hotel.

Je souhaite que votre service client me contacte car contrairement à votre contrat qui stipulait que le prix de base de l'appartement loué était bien pour 4 personnes (nous étions 3), j'ai eu la désagréable surprise de devoir payer pour "une personne supplémentaire" la somme de 144€ ! C'est inadmissible.

Trop de bruit la nuit dans les rues adjacentes.

L’hotel è molto carino, pulito e confortevole. La piscina è stata decisamente utile in giorni di vento e mare inaccessibile, è ben tenuta e vicino al bar interno. Le note dolenti sono essenzialmente due la colazione è molto limitata, i prodotti sono principalmente confezionati e di qualità non eccelsa. Allo stesso tempo la cucina presente in ogni camera è molto sfornita, basterebbe aggiungere una padella in più e del detersivo e una spugna senza obbligare il cliente ad acquistarli nel mini market presente nell’hotel

Hôtel très bien situé un peu à l’écart du centre ville sans avoir les désagréments du bruit. Point positif hôtel récent très beau avec piscine chauffée et bar. Personnel très agréable, possibilité de se garer a l’intérieur de l’enceinte de l’hôtel (4 places). Point négatif pas de lit double en chambre de 4 personnes, literie un peu dure, petit déjeuner peu copieux. Accessible aux restaurants a pieds idéal !
