Great location and wonderful hosts!

Very helpful and friendly owners. Lovely spacious apartment, double balcony with sea view. Very close to all amenities, beaches and restaurants.

A really nice stay, Yiannis and Maria are wonderful hosts, both very welcoming and helpful, the cleaning girl has a lovely friendly smile. The location is excellent next to the sea and close to many restaurants. The pool area is clean and peaceful. And they also have very good taste in music!

Fantastic stay at the Arlen Beach, Yiannis and Maria are great hosts, everything you could need is close by, sea views spectacular from the large rooms, will definitely be returning 😀

First time we have stayed here, a family of 4. Beautiful view of the sea and only a stones throw away. The pool was lovely and clean, we were the only ones around it for 2 days (heaven). We were about 300 yards from the main street which is full of shops and bars etc and about 200 yards from the front (sea) which had loads of choices of restuarants, pubs and shops and you could walk right down to the harbour.

While staying at Arlen Beach me and my girlfriend had a great week. The staff were friendly and polite since the moment we got there till when we left. Perfect views of the sea and only a few minutes walk form the shops, beach and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a relaxing week by the sea.

Nice spacious rooms. Very clean and reasonable facilities. Good location, within walking distance to bars, clubs and high street. It is a family focused hotel. Unfortunately it is very noisy hotel because of it's concrete construction. Front of hotel has a road that is used by revellers walking back from the night out. The back of the hotel has a pool. In our case we were kept up at night by people coming back from the night out and by screaming kids by the pool in the morning. My favourite was moving of heavy wooden furniture on tiled floors by our neighbours. In short, if you are a light sleeper earplugs will not help.

What a find! If you are looking for a flash, 5-star place, don't read any further... However, if you want a relaxed, spotlessly clean, reasonably priced small hotel with a breathtaking seaview and a fabulous pool in Hersonissos, this is the one! My wife and I found the Arlen Beach through Expedia late in the season (30th Aug to 6th Sept). We flew from Leeds/ Bradford and arrived late - around 11pm. The hotel is owned and run by Jóhannes (John) and Maria - who welcomed us with a smile and a quick tour of our room. They were a big part of why our holiday was so enjoyable - extremely kind, helpful and friendly, without being 'intrusive'. Lot's of invaluable advice on great places to eat, drink, and visit - as well as practical stuff like recommending the best/ cheapest car rental. Our flight back on our final day wasn't until 10pm, but Jóhannes and Maria were so accommodating, letting us spend the day around the pool and providing towels and shampoo for us to freshen up before we left for the airport at 8pm - even though we'd officially checked out at 11am that morning! Our lovely, spacious apartment was on the ground floor - bedroom backing onto the swimming pool (so relaxing at night to hear the sound of the water) open-plan living room and kitchenette with aircon and a large sliding door onto a veranda (shaded in the afternoon, which was a godsend, given the temp was 29-30 deg while we were there) with an amazing sea view, literally 20 metres from the hotel.

If you want to stay right on the beach's doorstep, then this is your place! It is a wonderful hotel run by fabulous and kind hosts. The hosts greet you on arrival and are happy to help with whatever query you have. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!

This hotel was wonderful. We booked it last minute while looking for a hotel that had decent ratings and hi speed internet. We were surprised at the jackpot we hit. The room was very large with a queen sized bed and 2 twins. Full functioning kitchenette and a nice sized balcony with a gorgeous view of the water. Tucked away on a side street you escape the noise of the nearby restaurants and clubs which are all a 5 min walk away. There's a small pool which does the trick when you want to get some sun, and there's a public beach just minutes away. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had friends staying nearby at a big resort. While they may have had more amenities, we lived in more comfort.

Really good experience staying here, me and two friends stayed for 7 nights, cleaned every day, really nice pool and always space, location is amazing; two minutes away from beach, restaurants and bars. sea view balcony but more over the couple who run it are so friendly and so nice, really welcoming, even offered us to take us back to the airport if we ran into trouble, considerate. No complaints whatsoever it was great and the price was more than reasonable.

Lovely people always there to help and will go out of their way to help.

Sehr nettes Personal, tägliche Reinigung schöne und ruhige Poolanlage. Tolle Aussicht auf's weite Meer. Nahegelegener Strand hatte ab ca.15:00 Uhr keine Sonne mehr. Trotzdem, toller Urlaub.

Ça fait deux fois qu’on y va et on adore !

Perfect gelegen hotel tussen de drukkere gedeeltes van de boulevard. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein. Prima kamers met uitzicht op zee, uitstekende bedden, goede douche. Vriendelijke eigenaren bovendien.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cet appart-hotel : tout est parfait. Le couple de propriétaires est accueillant, bienveillant, parle tres bien français. Il donne de bons conseils pour des balades et activités. Le studio est propre, le ménage est fait chaque jour. Il est grand, avec le necessaire pour cuisiner. Une terrasse avec vue directe sur la mer permet d'y manger. Le propriétaire fait aussi de tres bons petits dejeuners qui sont servis au bord de la piscine, mais aussi de très bon milk-shakes et smoothies. Des places de parkings sont également reservés devant le bâtiment pour les clients. Tout est proche : supérette, restaurants, bars, loueurs de voitures... Il y a egalement la climatisation, ce qui est appréciable comme il fait assez chaud la nuit en Crête. Pour finir, le quartier est animé, ce qui nous convient bien. Par contre, pour ceux qui cherchent le calme à tout prix, l'hebergement n'est peu etre pas adapté.

Le séjour était très bien, les hôtes étaient accueillants, souriant, très gentils. Dommage que nous soyons restés aussi peu de temps. Nous reviendrons, c'est une adresse à garder.
