Kiani Akti Hotel

Beautiful area. We were looking for something not too far from the airport for a 1 night stay and had a very pleasant surprise. Lovely walkable beach side town with good restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Views are amazing.

Stayed here on our first two nights of a 15 day Greek work/vacay/work trip. So welcoming, and walkable to the best restaurants of Porto Rafti. Amazing gulf views and breezes. Just wish there was a ceiling fan in our room because we never shut our balcony door and the added air circulation would be a plus. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location

The hotel is being renovated for peak season, but our first room smells of fresh paint. I appreciate the owner for promptly moving us to a similar but better room. Adding a sliding door or shower curtain would help prevent water from spilling onto the bathroom floor. TV needs upgrade. The transfer service could be improved, as we waited 15–30 minutes for pickups to hotel. On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent with fast service and great food. Overall, the hospitality was outstanding, especially Gorgios at the front desk.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility itself nice, however the room on the other hand was something else. The room was extremely small for 2ppl. The shower could not even fit my small and petite frame. When taking a shower the entire bathroom is wet. Let me not forget about the sting in the room. And if you are use to having nice soft thick cotton towels and wash clothes forget about it. You want quality and soft towels bring your own. In any event, my stay there was quiet and peaceful. The boardwalk is literally across the street. I went during low season so most of the restaurants were closed. I’m guessing there were on holiday.

The. Room was very simple, meet basic needs. Staff are very friendly. It is an excellent choice for economic travel, good value for your money.

Terrific location with spectacular views with a lovely, clean and very modern room and bath. I could stay in this charming, boutique hotel as a vacation destination.

We stayed one night. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Quality of breakfast items was poor and unappealing. Room where breakfast is served is very dark. AC worked appropriately. Overall, main issue is with breakfast and room used is depressing.

This is such a cute hotel. It is a little older but well kept and clean. The breakfast was excellent and had many options. Front desk staff was friendly and very informative on how to catch the bus, train, etc…

For the price this was such a find. The outdoor area was a delight and for the time we had to hang around before going to the airport, it was perfect to chill and be surrounded by style and a super pool bar man!

I stayed just one night before heading back to the airport, but the staff was so lovely and kind. The room was on par with other Greek hotels I've stayed at, but it was nice that the hotel has a small piece of beach with chairs and umbrellas that guests could use (though you do need to cross a road with no crosswalk). The Mediterranean is beautiful. Perfect for what I was looking for!

Beware and do not stay here first off. The hotel itself is nice enough. However, if you wanna hear other people‘s conversations, you will be able to do that because you can hear anything and everything paper and walls. Also, when we were there, the electricity was out For seven hours no water no Internet no TV no lights. And we weren’t offered compensation so we ended up moving to a different hotel.

Wonderful and convenient area to explore Attika.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room had a great view. The issue was the bugs. There were mosquitos in the room when I arrived, and they bothered me throughout the night. There were also some flea-like bugs jumping around in the bathroom from the drain and they were all over the towels after being hung up on the hooks. The restaurant and bar attached to the hotel was really lovely, the waitstaff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
