The room was large and nicely decorated. With the exception of the front desk check in, the staff was excellent. Especially the service in the restaurant whether it was breakfast or dinner. The breakfast was exceptional. The roof top bar has a nice view if you didnt get a room with a view. We stay at a lot of Hilton's and this is one of the nicer ones. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is the view we had when we sat on our balcony. We paid for an ocean view, but the only time you could see it was standing up against the wall of the balcony.

ELEGANT , EXCELLENT LOCATION, WALKABLE BUT ENTRANCE/LOBBY AREA SMALL. ROOM SMALL LOOKING TOWARDS STREET . I WAS EXPECTING TO SEE THE SEA FROM A BEAUTIFUL TERRACE OR ROOFTOP BUT IT FELT SMALL. EXCELLENT STAFF

Hotel did all the little things right. Welcome gift of sweets and a bottle of wine. Chocolates at turn down. Breakfast was high quality with hot items you could order in addition to the buffet. Excellent customer service by virtually all staff.

Amazing hotel and staff. I did NOT enjoy the food.

The room was excellent. There was hardly any signs of wear and everything worked down to the volumes of coffee from the Nespresso machine when choosing espresso or lungo!. The bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony very pleasant. There was a comfortable chair and side table and enough space in the room. It was a small balcony but with 2 chairs but a lovely place to sit as the sun went down. The bathrooom was spacious with a great shower and decent toiletries. The staff cleaning the room did a great job. All staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good and tasty. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely. My one tiny gripe is that the room I had was on the top floor of accommodation and above was a roof terrace and bar. On the first night there was a "special event" and the music and bass beat throbbed into the room until after midnight. However, for the rest of my stay all was calm and serene. But if you are a very light sleeper you may wish to check that there are no events with music planned or stay on a lower floor. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay

I am glad I switched to this hotel from one inside the city. The view of the harbour is fantastic and this only makes it worth the stay here. The details with the food and services is also excellent.
