If I could rate this hotel a 20, I would. It was perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything and everyone was wonderful from the room to the food to the service. It couldn’t have been better. Though close enough to walk to everything in Oia, it was a quiet peaceful escape from Oia’s crowds.

We loved our stay at Santo Mine.
Location wise, it’s perfect to be close enough for a short 5 minute walk to Oia whilst also being extremely peaceful and quiet throughout the hotel.
Everything from the location, room cleanliness and wow factor with the views you get is spot on.
I couldn’t write a review without complimenting the staff at the hotel. From reception/concierge to Bruno and his team in particular at the restaurants, they all make you instantly feel welcomed on arrival and throughout your stay.
I couldn’t recommend the hotel enough as an ideal spot for a trip to Santorini!

If I could rate this hotel a 20, I would. It was perhaps the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything and everyone was wonderful from the room to the food to the service. It couldn’t have been better. Though close enough to walk to everything in Oia, it was a quiet peaceful escape from Oia’s crowds.

Location wise, it’s perfect to be close enough for a short 5 minute walk to Oia whilst also being extremely peaceful and quiet throughout the hotel.
Everything from the location, room cleanliness and wow factor with the views you get is spot on.
I couldn’t write a review without complimenting the staff at the hotel. From reception/concierge to Bruno and his team in particular at the restaurants, they all make you instantly feel welcomed on arrival and throughout your stay.

Pros - Beautiful Hotel with Great Views
Cons - Hidden Fees (lots of them),
- Hotel is affiliated with non-ethical business for tourist activities. Example, Buggy rental service delivered buggy on 1/4 tank. We filled up before returning. Company and hotel refused to refund or credit. Also, employee of buggy company tried to up charge by 80 Euro, said it was extra service and the government said it was needed. We declined. — Ordered manicure for Wife for 75 Euro. Nail specialist came to room and my wife and I had to rearrange the room ourselves and move a table from the outside into the room so she could work. Cost ended up being 85 Euro.
- Do not use the golf carts for rides, the employees ask for Tips and will also tell you sad stories about how they make no money. One even held out his hand after.

This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! The service was exceptional, the viewers were beautiful, and the amenities were so useful and valuable to our stay. Would 100% come back to Santorini just to stay here.

Walking distance to the historic places. And very quiet area. Great free breakfast w the best view.
The pool and the sunset view was breath taking. Price was a little high.
The only problem was bugs in the yard because of the landscape in the back yard.
They could easily solve the problem and get red-off the bugs by using spray around the building.
I had to tell them what to do.
I asked them to spray it after I finished my sun-lotion spray to get red-off the bugs.

Perfect place to spend your romantic vacation with your significant other. Offers privacy unlike many other hotels in Oia with the same convenience they offer. Lays just outside of the main town. 3 minute walk and you’re where all the action is. Can’t say enough amazing things about this hotel. Would absolutely book another stay here if I ever find myself back in Santorini

We were initially not happy with our too as it had a half obstructed view of the sea (there were other rooms in front of us and not like what the pictures showed). Upon telling the manager, we were moved later. I would hope that the hotel clearly indicates this in the room options or charges differently if rooms have an obstructed view of the sea.
Staff were very friendly and breakfast was good.
Housekeeping was not great at all. I believe they’re a new hotel so some teething issues but on one day, the housekeeping simply made our bed and left rest of room untouched. Water wasn’t replenished, nor was coffee replenished. Small bits of litter not thrown away. No attempt to wipe the sink and other surfaces. Empty toilet roll not thrown away and new ones not given. We really expected better from what is a 5* hotel (in fact we’ve had better in 3* hotels). The second day was much better but little effort made to tidy the room (but was better than day before).
