The property was very neat and clean and very easy to find from the nearby metro. The rooftop gives a great view of the city and the breakfast they offered was wonderful! Where this hotel really shines is with the staff! Everyone was so nice and helpful! They all went out of their way to accommodate our needs and provided us with fantastic recommendations on what to see in the city. Truly some of the best service we've ever had!

Had one night at this hotel between arriving flight and departing ferry. The location made this hotel very suitable for me. And the staff, knowing I would not have time to eat breakfast, packed a box for me to take with me. The room was clean and had everything I needed for one night.

Liked in the heart of town, easy walking to shop and sightseeing. Felt safe. AC not working in our first room, new room still very warm. Elevator not working so dragged suitcases up/down curved staircase. Rooms clean, efficiency arranged. Great rooftop space. If elevator and ac would work- would get 5 stars.

Great location. Convenient to metro, bus, and ferry.
Room was comfortable and had lots of outlets. Staff was very nice. Nice rooftop with tables to sit and see the sunset. Enjoyed my stay and would go back.

Location is excellent. Good matress and pillows and extra bed was a proper bed. Staff was helpful and kind.
Room was very basic and nothing more, no glasses or cups and fridge was not a proper fridge more like a cool box. No space to store luggage, no bedside tables. Room was at 3 levels with ledges on each side of the bed. The bed had a wooden ovesize base and you had to watch out to not hurt your feet.
We stayed 2 nights, first night the curtain was broken and the 2 lights directly outside the window to light up the facade were shining in. It was fixed next morning. The next night the AC got switched off and it became very hot. Not sure why.
The only lift was being blocked at times in the mornings with the broom by housekeeping and had to wait to use it.
The hotel is newly renovated and presents nice but the experience didn't match the price.

Excellent hotel and the staff are absolutely lovely. Breakfast was a highlight as was the tea/coffee in the reception. Recommend staying here if you are using the ferries to travel to other islands as the walk is only about 10 minutes. The metro line is just down the road which takes you directly into the centre of Athens and is also the line to the airport so it's super convenient. Rooms were lovely as well. Would definitely stay here again!
