Beautiful place, great views, very helpful staff. Away from the main city of Fira. Quiet.

Service was outstanding. The suites were spotless. The view from the restaurant was 10000/10.

I booked 5 nights here and let me tell you it was the best hotel we’ve ever been to. The receptionist Jessica and Faye were the most helpful people on this entire trip! They made our vacation so smooth by booking and reserving anything we needed down to drivers, restaurants, massages in our room, etc. They greeted us with welcome drinks and gave us a tour of the hotel. They also gave us the best recommendations on how/what to prioritize for our experience. Our room was immaculate and we never had to lift a finger their entire staff would bring everything to us if we needed anything. I even called to ask them to arrange rose petals and candles after I proposed to my fiancé to surprise her and they made it beautiful ! You can also walk into Fira granted it’s a hour walk it feels like a dream when you have the caldera view the whole time, doesn’t feel like an hour. And it’s in the middle of everything so you can also do the Hike to Oia that takes a couple hours. The whole staff was so respectful and helpful. There were no hidden fees checking out or anything, we absolutely will be coming back to stay here when we come back to Greece! Thank you to their staff for making our whole experience! I can’t say enough great things about this place.

Once we arrived to this hotel the entire personnel were very welcoming. I traveled with my wife, our son and daughter in-law and we all were amazed by the attentions of Fay and the entire team. We rented a vehicle and drove the entire island and got to say that we are delighted that we chose West East Suites. This hotel has the best location and views in the island. I am recommending this hotel to my family and friends and definitively I would be happy to return.

Clean room but not clean terrace and not that clean hot tube. Floor plans not the best, either better terrace and small bathroom or better bathroom but small terrace. Service was excellent

Amazing property. Great stay

We stayed at West East Suites in October to celebrate my fiftieth birthday and I have to say that the accommodation really is top quality, the service was great. The room we stayed in was very comfortable with a separate living room, a caldera view balcony and our own private spacious hot tub, also with caldera view. Really loved it!! Great way to celebrate my birthday. The breakfasts were excellent, with a great choice of hot & cold options along with a variety of fresh breads, freshly-squeezed juices and fresh coffee, including traditional Greek coffee, espresso and any selection you may wish to have each morning. We chose to eat in the room, and it was so great to eat in the balcony with such a nice view. All staff were superb, very helpful, efficient and happy to help and attend to every need. There was always a sunbed available on the terrace, again with superb caldera view, and the infinity pool was so nice. Being here in October made it a very quiet place and very private, we would highly recommend visiting in late September as it was already getting a bit windy and some times a bit cool even for us being from the harsh winters in the Canadian prairies. We ate diiner for my birthday at the Flyaway Restaurant and we would highly recommend it. We arrived late after a long day out in a boat tour so having a reservation was not necessary. We both tried fish dishes and they were absolutely great! You must try the restaurant at least once, it is not cheap but you

Excellent hotel nice staff amazing dining

Walking to town on the walking path is not the easiest but the hotel, restaurant, and all of the staff will know you name and treat you like you are the only guest staying with them. Our stay there was truly an amazing experience and I would recommend this place for years to come. They will go out of their way to give you the best experience possible

This property is highly recommended. Especially the suite facing the panoramic view of Santorini. Water is a little cold and it would be nice if they can bring the temperature up a little higher. Aside from that all is excellent. Dinner a highly recommended within the property.

The most beautiful and relaxing stay here are West East. The room was sensational and the perfect location to watch the sunset. Can not fault this place. Beautiful staff and service. If you are thinking of Santorini do it properly and stay here.
