The room was fine. The bed, bathroom and balcony were all good. It was the cleanliness of the carpets in the room that were questionable. I instantly felt something was off when I put my bare foot on it. I had my 1yo son, and I did not want him crawl on that carpet.

Water parks, beach-nice Staff, not helpful, not friendly, will favor n select others when checking in, even though we were first that came, Not being helpful in explaining the amenities, English language barrier.

Water park was nice and kids absolutely loved it! Breakfast was amazing and very kid friendly. Staff were friendly and chill.

Great for family. Water park is great way to spend the whole day. wave pool’s body board/ surf board was the highlight of our stay. Staffs were friendly the night events were a nice touch to enjoy the Guam atmosphere.

It was my second vusit at Hoshino. Room is big, beds are bigger than usual other hotels :-) if you are traveling with kids, I highly suggest this place.

We thought HOSHINO is of the best hotel. But this one is not! We really disappointed.

There were bed bugs in the beds, the sheets were not clean, the bed was hard. There were no amenities in the room. The front desk told us there was a basket of amenities in the lobby. $30 additional for extra towels. The breakfast was loud and disorderly. We requested a refund for the additional two nights following our unpleasant one night, but they refused.

The stay was nice and the staff was wonderful! Loved the water park, but the river was down for maintenance and we enjoyed watching the construction they had going on outside of the hotel. We had to check out on a Tuesday to be closer to my husband who we went to see for personal reasons, and they gave us a refund for two days but charged us for the reminder of the week even though we didn’t stay there. I was disappointed so we won’t be staying there next time.

I was at a room on the 16th floor which was close to the roof. The AC was not strong enough and the temperature in the the room was constantly between 25-26 degrees Celsius despite AC working at full strength. Exchange rooms were even worse. There is no elevator from the covered parking to the hotel.

This hotel facility is off dated. The area is far from the town center. Very limited the places to eat. Only one restaurant is in the property & a coffee shop is next door. I had camera like device under the TV towards to the bed. I forgot to mention to the front desk. I should have made it a big deal. I stayed there because of name of Hoshino, and I was expecting the condition of the facility is better than last year. Actually it is deteriorating. Beef stew at breakfast smelled rotten meat that wasn’t smelled from red wine…. It wasn’t edible. I probably won’t stay there again.

Most of the Waterpark was closed due to construction & maintenance. Noise I assumed was also due to construction but could be more understanding if these issues were made known to guest upon booking.

I called ahead of time to see if I could try to check in early and they said the earliest is 2:30pm. I got there at 2:45 and the room wasn’t ready even after the 3:00 check in time. So that was bust since I was already late to set up the room. Then on the first room the carpet felt wet and it seemed like the air condition wasn’t working properly. The maintenance came and tried to adjust it. But it still wasn’t cold. We didn’t get to switch rooms until after 9pm and idk why they keep giving us a broken bellcart to move our belongings. It’s an inconvenient to keep giving our id to use the cart. The breakfast was alright and the waterpark was great. The gym was hot (But convenient). All in all it’s a nice family experience. Family friendly.

It was fine and staff were nice but getting quite old and feels a bit basic. On some days there was a huge line and long wait to get breakfast, which was quite mediocre and not worth waiting for. We stayed in the tower so it was a long walk to reception and lobby areas. Pool and beach area and also water park were great for kids and nice to have. Overall has a feeling of being quite faded and past its prime. If the price is right it would be fine to stay at but there are far nicer and better hotels in the Tamung area.

The water park was awesome. The water slides were awesome. Everything was awesome. But the chicken was lousy.

let’s start at the beginning I used hotels.com to book. They (hotel) asked for all the names. Submitted via the app- twice. Still had to do at checkin. Day of check in: lady (Jamaica) was RUDE. She asked me for the names again. I was like ma’am, I submitted this twice. WTH. Claims hotel didn’t get it. So I resubmitted. The attitude stopped when another customer came down demanding to speak to a supervisor because she was there for 7+ days and she had issues with room service, cleanliness and some other issues. In the room: we stayed in the tower side. Rooms are old. Beds are as hard as rocks. Idk who gave them the shower layout, but expect the entire floor to be flooded & wet. Waterpark: I advise you go under the water with goggles. Especially at the little steps in the lazy river. I observed broken concrete, paint, & so many other things just at 1 step. Can’t imagine the other steps. The waterpark cafe/Resturant was completely opposite. Very very friendly, very polite & clean. Overall they made the waterpark enjoyable- in addition to the games they play. Lifeguards? They’re all right. Did the job. That’s a good thing. Buffet: our reservation came with the breakfast buffet. This was a positive experience I had. Staff were courteous, friendly, nice and helpful. It was weird because after breakfast, we saw the breakfast server at the poolside bar. Still nice friendly! Checkout was smooth. No issues. Quick & easy.

The staff was so kind and friendly the entire stay. What a wonderful group of people!
