Room was great! Just beware no A/C. Our room was a little warm due to being in direct sunlight all throughout the day. Would love if the hotel had a portable fan in each room. All amenities were clean. Staff was great and had helped us with scheduling transportation.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. There is no AC in the rooms but with the window open the room cooled down plenty at night. They cleaned our room and the common areas every day once if not twice. Offered complimentary purified water stations which was amazing! The bathroom was small in our room if you’re tall (my husband is 6’4) but hey if that’s the worst, we will take it. Would definitely recommend and would come back!

Clean room that was perfect for the night time. We thought the location was very easy to get to and very walkable for the city. The staff was lovely and helped us book a shuttle to the airport right at the front desk. There is also someone at the front desk 24/7 in case you get in late or leave very early.

We arrive and they give us the chamber number 8 which was noisy because juste under the service staff and with smell of humidity. We ask them to change the room and they refused because the hotel was full. But when we go on the app hotels.com we can see plenty of rooms available. After fighting with them, they gave us a new room (number 12) which was worst that the first one because it was tailgate to the laundry of the hotel. The temperature in the room was 31°C. When we go to the bathroom, there was no water in the shower. We asked 3 times to be able to take a shower. After a new fight they gave us a third room which was fine. To resume, do not accept chamber number 8 or 12!

We have stayed in countless hotels but never in such a small room. It was very small and the bathroom was soo tight that you could not sit on the toilet! We also could hear the guests in the next room and outside clearly so you could not relax. We decided to leave and go somewhere else, even though that meant loosing two night stays. We will not be coming back there.

This room #12 had a small ceiling fan (4 2-foot paddles) with broken up/down air direction switch. It would only push air up at ceiling. Room (,next yo laundry room dryers) stayed at constant 86 F or 49 C temperature. Very uncomfortable. Management offered a small floor fan with extension so it could be placed at the open door to pull in cooler outside air. Another odd thing was with toilet next to sink, when toilet was flushed and sink drain was open, loud air noise with sewer smell camevl up through sink drain.

The hotel was incredibly loud!!! Would never recommend the place it felt like there was a club in my room starting midday and until late at night. There was no air conditioning. There were no amenities. The vip access claimed was nothing. The bathroom also smelled like sewage.

The hotel has been remodeled, and it is now very nice! However, breakfast is off-site, which is not a problem, but not as convenient. The rooms were clean, staff was nice. I enjoyed the new garden area. Good value for the money. I will stay there again!

Great location. Very clean and the service was wonderful. The one and only complaint I have was the beds. They were horrible. I wasn’t the only one to feel this way. I lost a little sleep. I noticed that one of the guests had actually gone and gotten all the cushions off the couch. I just used all my pillows.

Our room was on the second floor during Easter week and the noise for breakfast was right outside our room at 6:00 am. The hotel was pretty and the view was nice, but our room was so noisy 6-10 every morning and it didn't feel private because we could hear every conversation right outside our door (like 2 feet from the door there were 50 people eating breakfast). Just don't have an upstairs room and it would be nicer.
