This was my first time staying at the Paradis Hotel and I love it there. I totally forgot I was in a hotel because I was treated like I was home. Whenever Im going back to Haiti I will definitely go back

Thank you for your kindness and stellar customer service, i book a room for my brother there because he got into an accident and loss all his belonging in the process. He showed with only his ID and the staff were very kind and accomodating to him although the reservation didnt show up on their system right away they gave him a room until they found it. The room was clean and beautiful. Thank you for not prejudging him

The rooms are outdated and small. Balcony view is not worth the money as we basically overlooed the bust street below with lots of traffic. Television doesnt work. The bathroom door didnt close (seemed lSubmitarger that it was intended). They turn the AC on at 9pm... although then cut it off around2, it was HOT! The staff was nice.

The staff was kind.
Air conditionning was ok at nigth. But at midnigth, is was hot because AC was turned off.

The service is okay but they need to be more customers service oriented. Spending 3 days, the tv didn’t work at my arrival, and the tv remained not working until my departure. I went many times to the office, they keep telling me they will come to fix it, but never arrived.
