Property with poor maintenance

I read reviews before rolling the dice on this one thinking people are just expecting to much, while the lobby, deck, and beach look great and the beach was truly amazing and not crowded the rest was not good. These rooms are so outdated, falling apart even. The beds were so hard, there was barely any bedding, and the bathrooms were literally falling apart. The food was bland, repetetive and limited. The staff at the bar were nice as they served up subpar liquor off the extremely limited menu. Tisha that organized our outings was so helpful and kind. The front desk had no clue what was going on and were even rude. I wish they could turn the entire place into the magic it could be. We would never stay here again and I have very low expectations. I backpack and stay in hostels often and this was a complete disappointment. It could be the best place in roatan, but it's far from it.

Enjoyed my stay here

This place is in need of serious renovation. Loads of bugs and mosquitos. Buffet food less than desirable and definitely not plentiful. If you dont get there early your arent getting anything. The beach view is beautiful and Little French Key which is close was amazing!! With some serious work this place could be very nice.

Limited choices of food. Not cooked well. Patio doors i room hard to open. Shower leaks. Your resort is very beautiful

Sucio y apestoso, personal no colabora en ayudar si se tiene un problema, hay demasiados zancudos, no fumigan para mejorar esto, la atención fue muy mala, no recomiendo la estadía en ese lugar.

The property is in dire need of work. Ocean view was pine trees and a lagoon. No lights on boardwalk outside of room at night. Very noisy when people go by. Two outlets in room, sliding door you needed to workout to open. Towel bar falling off wall, no place to put soap in shower, toilet didn’t work. No face towels. Metal sticking off shower drain. Food was ice cold and terrible. I ate fruit and a roll for dinner because nothing was edible. You have to pay $1 for each bottle of water, and it is all inclusive. The beach area and staff are the only things that are good. We stayed 24 hours and left. They charged us double for a cab since we weren’t coming back. Do not recommend if it was free to stay.

Very calm relaxing

Upon arriving they did not want to check me because they did not have advanced people of the knowledge of Hotels.com and I tried to reach out to support but no answer. I’ve been waiting for days now to talk to you guys in the room I got I was downgraded to a queen size. I overpaid for something of trashy service and the room was not highlighted like the ones in the photos. They actually put me in one of their Outer buildings. The lady upfront at the desk was so hard to deal with then on top of that, I had to wait an additional hour just to get checked into a room because they had to go clean it. Such a poor experience.

Ni pierdan su tiempo la propiedad está llena de mosquitos, y los cuartos muy deteriorados. No se parece nada a los comerciales de Fb … la supervisora de la recepción es mala y habla mal de los clients y se burla de ellos si no estos mal se llama Ingrid o. A mi hija se la comieron los Gegenes y tiene más de 20 picaduras de mosquitos… la verdad la isla es Bella pero deben tener mas control en sprayar para los insectos por la Salud de los clientes el repelente no les hace nada .

The place is infested with mosquitoes & sand bugs. The rooms are falling apart nothing like the picture (CATFISH) . The Front desk supervisor things she owns the facility, she’s rude talks & laugh about the guest . Expedia should not be having this place on their website.

Food was terrible, my toilet was clogged up twice, however the staff was cool.

Safe area for swimming

This property is run down and not well maintained. Food was scarce, sand was full of fleas, limited cutlery, garbage everywhere and limited wifi and service

The staff is amazing! and the food was absolutely tasty but the hotel is under construction and many amenities are not available. No disco, No shows, no yoga or other activities available. I only had access to the pool and the three beaches. This was an all inclusive purchase! I did not take pictures but behind the area in which the food was served that particular beach was full of garbage. The lobby bar served great can beers but the drinks were watered down. Drinks with alcohol were just water and lots of juice and ice. My room was spotless but near the room they kept piles of garbage from the construction area. I did not have hot water to shower with and the toilet, well I had to pour water into the tank in order to flush it during my entire stay. There is no bell man and no elevators. I walk with a cane...not ADA Accessibility available. The concierge helped me with my luggage when I arrive but I had no help on the way out. I was there during the two storms and my flight was canceled and rebooked for departure on 11/19 so I had to book two additional nights in which I paid for but then the flights changed again and they refused to refund me for the night I was not staying. The reason given was ' the hotel did nothing for me to leave. I was leaving per my won choice'. This was untrue since I had no control over the airline canceling and rebooking me. This is totally bad business for sure in behalf of the hotel. How can I suggest or recommend this hotel?
