Good location…….few minutes walk to MTR & buses, many chooses of foods/restaurants

Good location that’s about it. Commented about room request and no response from hotel at all. Very poor and unprofessional in public relations. We have stayed in this hotel numerous time. Unfortunately still no improvements.

Basic hotel with basic rooms, good for those on a budget - the walls are very thin so I found it hard to sleep with noisy neighbours.

Bathroom is very tight.

Clean and quiet hotel. Convenient place with eateries around. A convenience store is opposite the hotel which made it easy to buy stuff. About 15 mins walk to the nearest Mtr which is reasonable.

BP International in great location in Kowloon. Very handy for the main station and Austin MTR. We got a room overlooking the gardens with great views of HK island and part of the harbour. Excellent for watching the light show. Great reasonably priced breakfast with discount for seniors. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Handy supermarket over the road and lots of eateries around. Really enjoyed our stay would use again if back in UK. Quirky fact it’s also head quarters for the HK scouts.

Conveniently walkable to dining and transportation

We stayed at this property for four nights and appreciated its convenient location, with many attractions nearby and easy access to the train station. Several key sights were within walking distance, and we especially enjoyed the nearby park. However, the property itself is quite dated. The shower room was uncomfortably small, and the facilities felt old and outdated. The restaurant buffet was disappointing, with limited food options and low quality. The elevators were also overcrowded and unpleasant. On a positive note, we loved the availability of on-site laundry facilities, which was great!

Well located and easy to get everywhere with excellent transport links.

Elevator scanner for key card is horrible although I appreciate the security access to guest floor. Drinking water Not available right away in the room?

Great location to public transports. Close to tourist areas but far away enough to have peace and quiet.

Ideal place to stay in one of the best areas of HK

Convenient location and close to everything.

There is a charter bus parkade right at the hotel where you can travel To many places like Shunde. Right next to the Kowloon Park and the kids love it including the McDonalds right at the entrance. Temple street night market is close by too for street food. Close to Jordan station to take MTR to Ocean Park (30 mins ride). Close to 711 and Cafe de Coral for easy meals. Close to an underground grocery store (across the street) and bakeries.

My first initial long stay was just average as they gave me 2131 which was disappointing as it didn't feel like a 4 star hotel, this room is the one I stayed the longest due to the itinerary of my trip. 3rd to 14th. The room was very dark and only had 4 lights. One by the door, 2 bedside lamps on each side of the bed and one in the toilet. The room only had one fixed socket location which made charging anything an absolute headache. We had 2 large suitcases which we didn't have enough room to open both so we had to alternate. It was less than pleasant so I didn't take any pictures as I was somewhat embarrassed to show. Now the second leg of the trip which started on 18th to 21st, they upgraded my room to 2416 which is soooo much better. It's what you really expected from a 4 star hotel. Plenty of lights in the room with different options to turn them on or off and a surplus of sockets to use. The third and final part, 21st to 24th.. all thanks to Heathrow being out of commission due to a nearby fire..... They allowed us to stay on the same 24th floor at room 2422. I personally would only choose the rooms that are on the highest part of the hotel. This review only warrants the 5 star is due to your staff who upgraded us and gave us the same floor due to a stressful end part of the holiday.
